I was very disappointed with this hotel. We asked for early check in but when we arrived at 12 we were told we would have to wait until 2. I got them to check and the room was ready so we could check in. There was a musty smell in the room. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, you could tell someone just went in a sprayed the sink and toilet but didn't give them a wipe. Breakfast was average, there were dead flowers on the table. My husband spilled coffee on the table and the cleanup job was terrible, they just wiped the coffee onto the floor leaving a big mess under the table and the table was t wiped down until I asked and industry mop the floor. I was going to have a massage but they are expensive compared to other local spas. Instead of taking a credit card at reception they take a 200k Rp deposit and did not want to add our dinner onto our bill until I insisted.

The most enjoyable thing about traveling is being able to sleep deeply without any disturbance and feeling like you are at home, especially since the room is spacious makes me feel spoil, the food reminds me of traveling with family, even if it's just you. here you can get that experience because in my opinion the place reminds me of my childhood memories with my family.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The receptionists were always smiling and were able to answer all our queries with ease. Highly recommend getting a massage and hair spa here. The lady at the spa is lovely. Stayed here for only 2 nights, but will definitely stay for longer next time I am in Bali.
