Shockingly bad.

Food was disgusting and the restaurant staff were rude and aggressive. No Aircon or fans in communal areas. Rooms were tired with damaged furniture. Avoid at all cost. It is just a factory to make max profit at the expense of their guests. One of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune to stay.

Excellent service and excellent quality well worth the price cleanliness is excellent food brilliant and plenty of choice. Staff very good and helpful would recommend this hotel to all. Never been to such an amazing hotel and would definitely go back

What can I say there was 11 of us that went half term week. Omg we had a fantastic time. Weather was around 24/25 no fighting for sunbeds. Food was fantastic. Mami the waiter couldn't do enough for us. Entertainment time were fantastic too. Halloween night was amazing There is a private beach which is worth a visit. Free bus put on from hotel. If you want to go into town it's 5 euros in taxi were there are lots of shops restaurants so many bargains take extra suitcase. Only negative was the pool was very cold, so I never went in could do with being heated. There is a indoor pool that everyone did use which was a little warmer.

Unbelievable and much better than a 4 star in my opinion

The palmin hotel was way above my expectations the room was very clean comfortable and had a beautiful view from the balcony and a large bathroom with a walk in shower the room was cleaned every day and plenty of towels where left for me and my wife and daughter. The pool was beautiful but unfortunately due to the time of year it was so cold I couldn't swim in it more than 30 seconds but thankfully they have an indoor pool and it was warm and clean Plenty of sun beds and they follow a no reservation so it's fair game there is a poolside bar with all drinks available also a snack bar open from 14 00 until 16 30 which I personally used instead of the restaurant for lunch as its much lighter. The restaurant is large plenty of seating and serves the best food I have ever had on a holiday always haveing a large choice from meat to fish and vegetables my daughter who is very bad with trying food ate well every night Next is the entertainment it was brilliant we had something on every night from a quiz to live music and even fire blowing the entertainment team work very hard to make it enjoyable for everyone and a mini disco for the children. The last part of my review is the staff and honestly they where wonderful they constantly where asking you if you wanted drinks and would jump through hoops if it made you happy a massive special mention to Mami who works at the hotel he is so friendly and made us feel so welcome we will miss him.

Fantastic place

Just returned from a week at the Palmin and it was fantastic. The only thing I could fault was the pool temperature as it was very cold, but not in their control! The food was great with plenty of options and a great options for cocktails the Palmin special being my favourite, they also did great mocktails for kids or non drinkers. The waiters were fantastic and catered for every need a special mention to Mami who went above and beyond. The entertainment team were great and really pulled it out the bag for Halloween. Would definitely return and would recommend. Thank you to everyone at the Palmin for a great holiday.
