Ozen Life Madhoo is truly a paradise. Stunning villas, crystal-clear waters, incredible dining (especially the unforgettable underwater restaurant experience at M6M), and above all, a team that makes you feel at home in the most luxurious way possible. A big thank you as well to Mootha and Prajwal, the restaurant supervisors, who ensured everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s clear they take great pride in delivering top-tier service. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to Vipin Chetri, the Hotel Manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the exceptional service culture of the resort. The team operates like a family, and that positive energy is felt in every interaction. We leave with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return. Our stay at Ozen Madhoo Maldives was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and a level of service that truly defines luxury in the Maldives. A very special thank you to our butler Ayush, who made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. He was always available, incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our holiday was perfect. Whether it was organizing our dining reservations, organizing us bicycles to travel the island, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, Ayush made us feel truly valued and cared for. Dining at the resort was an exceptional experience with a wide array of options (Maldivian, Indian, Srilankan, Asian, continental), and we would like to sincerely thank Boni and Ahil, our waiters, for their outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and always greeted us with a warm smile. We are also grateful to Varun, the Food & Beverage Director, for maintaining such high standards across all dining venues. The quality, presentation, and variety of food were consistently impressive throughout our stay. A perfect stay that unfortunately had to come to an end! Will definitely be coming back for more.

I was glad that I chose Ozen Life for my first visit to the Maldives. Prior to booking I had watched many videos and read reviews to make sure that my honeymoon would be as special and as memorable as possible. I visited at the end of January 2026 and I am pleased to say that everything lived up to my expectations. As soon as we arrived at Male airport we were met by Ozen reps who took us to the lounge and very swiftly onto the private speedboat which was shared but not crowded. Arrival at Ozen was bespoke and chilled. We met our butler Shamoon a great guy who helped organise our itinerary for the 10 days. Shamoon was always available to book things for us and made our experience all the more easy and relaxed. Before long we were shown to our sunset wind over water villa. It was unbelievable. So much room and everything a couple would need. The bar was full and kept stocked every day. Turndown service came twice a day. Our housekeeper Imran was super sweet and helpful. He looked after our villa and was never in the way. A standout moment for us was the floral display he made for us for our honeymoon evening. The beaches were well taken care of and all the loungers were nice and spaced out. We really felt that we were in an island paradise with hardly any other people around. Bar service could be a little slow but that’s because we were all quite far apart from each other. Kien at the beach was nice and friendly. We were really spoilt for choice with the food at Ozen. I learned to appreciate subtle and stunning flavours with the fine dining options. Lonu the Maldivian outdoor restaurant had great views and delicious food. M6M the underwater restaurant allowed us a unique underwater experience and fabulous quality food. We ate at Traditions Peking and IndoCeylon twice on this trip. I enjoyed the Chinese cuisine but the Indian food was phenomenal. Chef Sunny prepared a special menu for us on the last night which we are very grateful for. We had meals at the Palms for all our other meals. I have to mention my guy Praveen who really made my trip outstanding. Every day Praveen was there with a smile and fresh sushi. I even stay in touch with him after we left. He is a great and kind guy. Honestly all the staff were great and they really took care of us. We enjoyed speaking with Tiff, Ahil, Beverley, Maria, Theresa, Rizma and Adilla to name but a few. Management would also come and check in on us to make sure that our stay was as we would wish for. We spoke with Dinesh and Vipin almost daily and they were attentive and reassuring. Dennis and Mary always provided stylish and smooth entertainment every evening with live music at the Palms. I want to say that I loved gala night - the food variety and taste was A1. I went to the gym every day and I was always greeted by the friendly trainers. Pappu really looked out for me when I had an injury wakeboarding and I wanna say a massive thanks to him. The water sports team were nice and I tried efoiling and wakeboarding on this trip. I would have done more but I would have had to have been a bit more experienced to be able to get the full benefit owing to the onshore winds from the east. We were seen off by Vipin and Shamoon on our last day and though we were sad to go, we had had a wonderful trip. Keep up the good work! Sanek took our luggage all the way to our gate so even when we kinda felt that our trip was over we were still being looked after. Thank you all the staff at Ozen Life.

If I ever visit Maldives and Ozen life Maadhoo My reason would be great services from Ayush our butler from front desk. He is very polite and helpful. He helped us to book entire itenary for our stay at OZEN. We don’t need to think extras as everything is planned by him. Food and all service staff is amazing. There is lots of name to mention but we forget names as everyone is amazing but special shout on our butler Ayush, Vipin resort manager and our therapist yumang and Indra from Elena spa. And Pappu from gym. Best trip we ever experienced. 😊😊😊

This was our fourth stay at OZEN LIFE MAADHOO and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The resort speedboat transfer was incredibly efficient — honestly, “speedboat” feels like an understatement! The restaurants were amazing as always: • M6M Underwater Restaurant – truly incredible and unforgettable • Peking – outstanding Chinese cuisine • IndoCeylon – superb, especially Chef Ali’s specialised menu • The Palms – brilliant quality and choice every day What really makes this resort special is the staff. There are so many wonderful people that we’ll inevitably miss some, but a few who made our stay extra memorable: • Ayush, our villa butler – nothing was ever too much trouble * Thoddu - our housekeeper - our villa was always immaculate and the birthday decorations were something to behold - he must have spent several hours working on them • Ali at The Palms – a real credit to the resort • Aahil – what a character! • Erika and Terrie – perfect hosts, lovely to see staff progressing over the years • Maria and Tiff – ever so friendly • Zaain – incredible wine knowledge and recommendations • Zein – new this year and so welcoming • Vipin – always leading by example • Mei, the General Manager – always out and about speaking with guests and full of praise for her team Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special once again.
