Subpar Hotel with Rude Staff

The room was nice and clean but overall the experience was not great. Hotel is somewhat on the outskirts of the main area. It says they have a spa but it’s really an indoor pool, sauna and steam room and we tried to book a couples massage but they only had one masseuse(?). Reception called our room at 10pm the night before checking out asking us to settle our bill, when we attempted to use our credit card that we had used all over the country they kept asking us for cash instead saying our credit card needed a pin. They then said “perhaps our balance is too high for the card”, which is extremely rude and not at all accurate. When I asked for an itemized bill it also had errors on it which they did correct however we had to spend $100 in transactions fees to get the cash since they kept on insisting our cards didn’t work (which we had just used 2 hours prior at dinner). My theory is they don’t want fees associated with international cards. Spend a little more and don’t bother staying here.

My partner and I had the most incredible stay at Oz. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. On our first day we had a meeting with a member of staff who helped us book a number of tours and activities, including scuba diving, an excursion to Pammukale and a Turkish Bath and spa, all of which were inexpensive and unforgettable experiences. The private beach and swimming pool are amazing. The buffet breakfast was great and the hotel is clean. Everything about our stay was perfect and I would be more than happy to come back to Antalya and stay at Oz Hotel again.

A beautiful stay

My girlfriend and I had the most beautiful stay at Oz. The beach was beautiful and we had an amazing time snorkelling in the sea. Staff were so friendly and accommodating and made our stay perfect. Would love to come back.

Really nice hotel and lovely service from staff. Alla at reception was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast and facilities were amazing. Good location too. Beautiful sea view.
