This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Our room was dated and dirty. There was a leak in the shower that meant there was water leaking on the bathroom floor. My partner slipped on this on the first night as a result. The shower was cold to freezing for the duration of our 10 night stay, despite us reporting this almost daily. Each time we were promised this would be repaired and this never happened. Instead we were fobbed off with stories that the weather wasn’t warm enough to warm the water (yet everyone else we spoke to had hot water) or that there was a problem in the whole hotel and the engineers would get to us (this was on day 8!) Don’t book excursions from the hotel. We booked through the On The Beach representative and not only paid more than we should, he just lied about what the trip would be. I asked how long the coach trip would be and he said 40-45 mins. In reality it took us over 2 hours to get to our destination. I don’t like boats and he assured us it would be a short river cruise, again we were on the river cruise for hours. The food was ok, but did get repetitive as it is the same food each night. The breakfasts were very good and the pancakes and eggs especially tasty. The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to beach and shops etc. The relax pool was lovely, very quiet and good bar. They also serve great crepes with a variety of fillings. Oludeniz is well worth a visit, but we would not be returning to this hotel.

You get what you pay for.. good value for money. Nice location next to a lovely beach. Food is okay but Turkey (food) constantly repeated which got boring very quickly. Terrible drinks, the Efes is so flat and no fresh juice, but as I say, you get what you pay for. Hotel and room are kept clean and staff are nice. Didn’t like the beggar who wouldn’t leave our room until we gave him some money.. Overall nice, but would never return.

Great 10 night break

We got back last night from a lovely relaxing 10 night stay. The whole resort was very clean, the bedrooms you could see had been freshend up for the season but are no way luxurious and are small but did the job. More hangers and drawers would not go a miss however! Water was always hot and clean towels daily. The food becomes a bit same old same old after about a week but you can always have a pancake lunch savoury or sweet made by the wonderful pancake lady at the Relax pool or burgers and chicken at the main pool bar for a bit of variety. Maybe everyone should get a little notification on arrival to keep their kids from running round the dining room at all mealtimes as it just gives us English abroad a bad name which obviously is not all of us and not all families. They tried their best with entertainment but we felt the kids entertainment was started too late which made the evenings drag on and you never knew quite what to expect next. All in all a great value for money break and well worth the five stars. Everything on the Management part was well run and we would definately return as we love Oludeniz. Big shouts out goes to the pancake lady of course and also for her great breakfast omelettes, Aren, Memet, Hagi and Abdul at the bars and restaurant, these guys went above and beyond and should be recognised and are a credit to the hotel.

Halfway though a 10 night stay, as a grouo of 13 people in 9 rooms. I would say the negative reviews are unrealistic. Yes we had an issue with one of the rooms smelling terrible, but moved next day. Location is great, staff are fantastic. Language barrier is more pronounced in this resort and hotel than other resorts, but considering my Turkish is a couple of words its very good, come on be realistic. Are Rooms are tired? Yes, But not to the point of it being an issue. Is food good? Yes. Are staff friendly and helpful? Yes. Is location good? Yes. Been to lots of places over the years and all I would say is, should you be charging £3 a day for the use of.a safe in 2025. No. Entertainment in eve ings is lacking, but thats ecause its April. Keep up the good work your doi g a good job.

Great value for money, great location, great staff

This hotel is good. Ok, rooms are dated, however our room was clean and functional with a fridge filled with soft drinks daily. The hotel complex is nice with free roaming chickens and some friendly cats, helpful staff and free wifi in the lobby area up to 2gb per guest. As a coeliac I was very apprehensive about the food, however every meal time the head chef escorted me around the many dishes informing me what I could have, the selection being wide and varied. Ice cream was available in the afternoon, as well as poolside snacks at the main pool and pancakes at the quiet pool at various times of the day. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble, and the guest relations were very informative and helpful. Our kettle stopped working in our room and was replaced quickly. I found the public toilets around the hotel were kept clean and tidy at all times and well stocked with loo roll and paper towels. This hotel is right on the beach, loungers provided. and within minutes of the main shops. I really enjoyed my visit to this hotel with my grandson and would go again.
