Official Description

This stunning resort is situated beside the sea in Ixia, in the north of Rhodes. It is centrally located, on the coastal road that leads to the island's capital, and is only a 10 minute walk from the numerous taverns, shopping amenities and bars of Ixia. The beach itself is around 7 minutes' walk from the coastal road. This building is the ideal choice for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Amongst the hotel's facilities, there is a TV room as well as a playground in the hotel garden for younger guests. All the rooms come en suite with modern amenities to ensure added comfort to its guests. During the day, guests can soak up the sun on the sun loungers by the pool. There is also a separate paddling pool for the little ones. Sports enthusiasts can try their hand at the various activities offer at the local beach such as windsurfing.

A fantastic stay!

The hotel was great! The room was beautiful and clean. We arrived at about 11pm so the food was already finished for the day, however the hotel did leave us two sandwich triangles and some bananas. It was our anniversary so we were left a bottle of alcohol (unsure as to what it was as we didn’t end up drinking it) and a cake! The food was a little repetitive, but was always good quality and tasty. The Greek theme night and the Mexican theme night were beautiful. We stayed above the swim up rooms and had family members in one of the swim up rooms. The swim up pool could have been cleaner as we often noticed dirt on the pool floor, and hair balled up in the corners. We did notice the sunbeds along the swim up pool were often taken by people who were not in the rooms above (the sunbeds were reserved for the rooms above the swim up rooms/pool) so more action could be taken by the hotel to stop this as we were often left with no sunbeds - we counted enough for two for each room above. The night time entertainment was okay- the ABBA tribute was brill! We didn’t interact with the daytime entertainment as we were never around the main pool, however one person from the animation team did go out of her way to speak to us during one the night time entertainment acts, which was lovely. Overall this hotel was a brilliant stay, and me and my partner are looking at staying again in the future.

A truly wonderful hotel. Nikos, the hotel manager, is fantastic. We stayed here for our wedding in October 2024. We were treated so well. Complimentary bubbly in our room a beautiful cake as well on our arrival. On the wedding day, we were treated to canapés, fresh cut fruit, and bubbly delivered to our rooms by Nikos. The hotel is beautiful, the pools are lovely. The restaurant and food are fantastic, and the restaurant manager is fabulous and will make you feel right at home. All the staff are very friendly happy and will really look after you. We loved it so much we've already booked for next year. All in all, it's a wonderful hotel. And if you're thinking of getting married in Rhodes or just having a holiday, THIS is the place to stay.

A memorable Experience

My wife and I had a memorable time in Oceanis Park especially when Maradona with her energy and exuberance somehow got us to join the karaoke night as we came out for a stroll after dinner. We made videos and pictures with her and the audience who listened to us as we sang. We have these as memories and always smile when we watch them.This made our time so enjoyable and we loved every bit of it. In general the staff at Oceanis Park are great from Reception throughout Restaurant to Room Service. Oceanis Park is great and loveable.

Staff are fantastic. Lovely and clean, rooms cleaned everyday, lovely comfy beds. Food excellent. Not much going on in the day but night time entertainment great. Could do with a bit of karaoke. Manger not good, not friendly to English people quite a lot of Germans in this hotel which he prefers. TUI rubbish. All sunbeds are gone by 8am not supposed to reserve sun beds but that rule does not stick. Thank god we had our own swim up room. If it rains not entertainment as its all outside which is not good. Beach very stoney it is not a white sandy beach and you have to pay for sun beds if your in this hotel.
