Beautiful and almost perfect minus the beach club next door.

Loved the hotel and staff. I should give 4 stars for the club right next to our room, but it closed by 9 and falling asleep to the ocean sounds every nigh was worth h it. Food delivery was also great. We never had to look to hard for a seat at the sold out beach. Cannot wait to go back!!

Absolute Paradise!

Love this place! My second time here solo! Absolute paradise. Thank you Ricardo, David, Fernando and David for all your kindness and help. Tamarindos restaurant, where I ate breakfast everyday is a partner of the hotel and I’d like to thank Esteban for going above and beyond with service both on the beach and in the restaurant!!! Hola to the kitties!

This is our favourite place in all the 30 yrs we have travelled together. It’s not an all inclusive. No loud pool games , excessive drinking and eating (which is totally fine if that’s what you like).This is a tranquil small place directly on the clean quiet beach but close to all the attractions in the hotel zone. Our room was directly on the beach with the most beautiful sunrise seen right from our bed or while swinging in the hammock on our porch. Accommodations are basic, clean and relaxing. Staff are friendly and available to help if you need but otherwise it’s a calm chill atmosphere. The small pool is clean and refreshing right on the beach to take a dip and stays open until 10pm for a night swim. Hammocks hang from your front porch and throughout the grounds . This small dreamy place has breakfast included at Tamarindos restaurant located across the street. For small upcharge you can pick from many delicious fresh meal options. The waiters Estoban and Gabriel are terrific and will come serve you during the day on the beach from their lunch and drink menu . This is a rustic place that for us is just what we were looking for to relax and be alone. If you like fancy 5 star and pampering , this probably isn’t a place to go. The front lobby and desk is so quaint and check in -check out is simple. Staff will help arrange transportation to and from airport if you request . We were at the new Tulum airport which is less than an hour drive . There are many restaurants along the street but our favourite place to eat in the evening was at the food truck/bar which had many different options at more reasonable prices and has live music some nights . We hope to return to this little piece of heaven again soon.

Nice Beach Hotel; Very Helpful Staff

Generally a great experience - we had a room that was pretty much right on the beach. Staff were excellent at reception and room service very good. Room and facilities are somewhat spartan but it is a 2* hotel. Loud beachclub music is intrusive at the weekends late into the night. Value for money is not great - but that's true of Tulum in general.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Tulum. We felt that the hotel staff were always trying to exceed our expectations. The location of the place is great, many restaurants and bars at a walking distance. To get to the Tulum Mayan Ruins it's about a 15 minute driving distance.
