Great family time with kids 8&10

Loved our stay!! Loved everything Cosmopolitan offered. With first step to the hotel we felt so well.. Registration was smooth - though they had many guests that day and we came early in the morning - we could use all facilities and had early breakfast, our room was prepared earlier than usual check in. Pros: *Hotel is very close to airport so the transfer takes ~20 min. * Food variety is great and we had much pleasure eating in or in a la carte restaurants (we picked Welldone and Ukiyo). * Rooms cleaned well * Anytime you come to sea or swimming pools, you can find some spots. Also you can use sports center basketball field after 17.30. * Bartenders were very friendly and made good cocktails * Our both kids (8&10y.o) enjoyed the aquapark, activity pool, darys, sporto center and even kids club activities like darts. *Staff is very helpful and friendly - in aquapark, restaurants. *A big shout out for great personal assistants Alla and Nadezhda - always asap answers and helpful tips. * Truely great experience with in spa. Great massages and procedures made by a very nice woman Putu from Bali. Loved it!! * Starbucks was loved by kids :))) Cons: Not a con, but aquapark is officially for kids 8y.o and up. there are no slides for toddlers. But there are few slides that should be safe for 4 y.o.

Amazing Hotel for a Family Holiday!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Nirvana Cosmopolitan.! Everything is available on site and everything feels quite clean and new. My group had 5 adults and 5 young children under 12 and there was something for everyone to do. We booked the All Inclusive package and I would recommend this package if you want to really enjoy your stay with all the amenities included. I will split this review into sections: Facilities - The Aqua Atlantis water park had amazing water slides that even the little ones could enjoy. The kids club was also lovely. Same for the beach. There is also a Starbucks on site which the tween girls seemed to enjoy. The beach is nice but the sand got too hot in the afternoon. The kids however enjoyed playing in the sea. There was also an outdoor pool party which the kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed. There is an amazing Spa with L’occitane products which we used (though there was an extra charge for the spa due to the treatments we requested). Meals - There is a buffet restaurant which was initially difficult to figure out but once we identified the meals we liked, it was much easier to just target those sections. I was a little anxious about the reviews that complained that the waiters at the buffet serve guests (rather than serve yourself), but this was honestly not an issue. For lunch, try the Aqua Restaurant (special shout out Idris and Avci mahir yetar who were so amazing!), or the Sea Club which are near the water park. The food there (burgers and pizza) is really really good. There was an outdoor bbq grill on one of the evenings during our stay and the steaks served were absolutely delicious! There were also various locations where the kids enjoyed unending amounts of ice cream. There were a few other a la carte restaurants but we didn’t have enough time to visit those during our stay. Guest Support - Each guest is assigned a Personal Assistant who you can chat with via WhatsApp. Our assistant was Mila and she was amazing. She answered all our questions quickly and helped with directions etc. Rooms - We stayed in a family suite which was quite spacious. On our first day, the air conditioners weren’t cooling so well but this was immediately resolved once I notified our P-Assistant (Mila). Room tip - get an extra key card and leave this connected to the room so your air conditioner stays on all day and cools the room even while you step out to enjoy the facilities. My only grievance was the fact that only one side of the bed had sockets but we were able to work around this. In summary, we really enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again!

We had a great experience. Especially the Farsi-speaking colleagues helped us a lot and took care of us very well and guided us. The atmosphere of the hotel was very beautiful and relaxing, and the comfort and entertainment facilities were excellent. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

First, I would like to write about two of the hotel's Persian-speaking guides, Mr. Yashar Aziz and Mr. Maryam Khanum Aziz. These two people were very respectful, polite, patient, and open-minded, and did not allow any problems to interfere with our stay. They serve us more than their duties. The respected bartender, Mr. Ahmed Yaman, was very kind, respectful and patient, they made our nights the best. Mr. James is one of the best people in the hotel, he is polite, cheerful and cheerful, and manages the programs in the best way.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights from the 10th of August, 2024. Pros: ●plenty of entertainment in different locations daily ●friendly staff ●great lobby area ●nespresso in rooms ● mini bar in room ●great sports facilities ●good water park ●spacious rooms ●WhatsApp PA system Cons: ●late flight guests need a basic room booking system on the last day as most hotels provide this. ●this is the only hotel I've stayed that,that allows glass bottles and plates around the pool area that are constantly putting all guests at risk. ●Italian restaurant is slow 🐌 ●showers in rooms are not of 5 star standard and the rooms are tired. ●you have to pay for some of the sports ●the main pool area could do with a bit of softening up with some greenery or land scaping. We had a great time here really due to friends we made in the hotel. We had a few issues during our stay, and our WhatsApp PA resolved them promptly. The lifeguards were amazing with me and are very kind and friendly. The waiter on the roller boots was hard working and polite. The bar staff at the main pool were very funny and polite. The Turkish, seafood, and Asian a la cartes restaurants attention to detail and service was impeccable, but the Italian a la Carte was slow with us leaving before desert. Paulina really helped our stay by giving us plenty of information when asked and is very friendly.
