We booked the place -probably like everyone else- for one night since our flight was leaving early the next morning. There‘s two benefits in this hotel: it’s very close to Krabi International Airport (5 minutes drive), and it’s clean. That said, here’s the downsides: The staff is absolutely dreadful. There’s barely a way to communicate, and this is an airport hotel. We paid THB 300 for an airport transfer (the only purpose of anyone staying here is to get to the airport or vice versa). We confirmed the pick-up twice with the frontdesk. The lady wrote down our pick-up time and charged us. The next morning came, no cab was seen. It took 25 minutes and a whole lot of discussion to finally organize a driver to get us to the airport. There’s literally nothing to do around the hotel and you’ll pay extra even to get a chair on either your balcony or into your room. The restaurant seems permanently closed. There’s no bar. You’re on your own in the middle of nowhere. Bottom line: Don‘t go there. Never. There are lots of options in Krabi downtown, it’ll take you slightly longer to get to the airport, but it’s worth it. This place needs a total exchange of staff and management, it’s a waste of money and on top, wasted lifetime.
