If you’re looking for a hotel with an absolutely dreamy location, let me stop you right here — this place on Rhodas Island is perfection. The hotel sits right on the seafront, and you can literally walk out to its private beach area, sink your toes into the sand, and enjoy the waves with a cocktail in hand from the beach bar. And yes — the cocktail bar is included if you have the all-inclusive package. Massive win. The entire hotel radiates a super posh, high-end vibe. The rooms are stunningly beautiful, spotless, and genuinely feel luxurious. Cleanliness gets a full 10/10 from me. Noise levels? Zero complaints — we slept like angels. And the service… listen, it felt like true 5-star treatment from the moment we stepped in. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and professional. Inside the hotel, the options are endless. Multiple restaurants, each with completely different vibes and cuisines… BUT (and here comes the important part) — you absolutely must book your restaurant tables in advance. And by “in advance,” I mean before you arrive or on day 1 at the latest. If you wait until day 2 or 3, you’re done — all the best spots will be fully booked, and you’ll miss out, which is exactly what happened to us. This should really be communicated more clearly to guests, and that’s the first reason the hotel earns 4 stars instead of 5. The second reason for the 4 stars is about the indoor pool. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised an indoor swimming opportunity — and when you travel to Greece in April, trust me, you need that. Outdoor pools and the sea are freezing in April (like, teeth-chattering freezing). And since we were traveling with a 12-year-old whose main wish was to swim, the indoor pool was a must for us. But surprise: the indoor pool is adults-only, which wasn’t clearly stated. And yes, I completely understand the concept — adults also want peaceful relaxation without kids splashing around. Fair enough. But this really needs to be communicated in a more visible way when booking the hotel. ✨ However! A huge shout-out to the hotel staff, who arranged a special, scheduled time so my child could use the indoor pool once during our stay. This was incredibly kind, and I truly appreciated it. Still, I believe families should have at least a few designated time slots where children can enjoy the indoor pool as well. The third and final reason I gave 4 stars is that the outdoor pools are not heated. Even on warm April days, nights get cold, and the water becomes almost as icy as the sea. So unfortunately, the outdoor pool was basically unusable during our visit.

We booked directly with the hotel and managed to get a really good room with a private pool for less than what the package deals were going for. The staff are all very nice but I can see why some restaurant staff are kinda over it as a lot of guests are just rude. The all inclusive was great with a good selection of drinks and food, the fresh pizza at the beach was our favourite and the crepes were good too. Room service has a tray charge but well worth it if you want to avoid the crazy mealtime rush that happens where everyone and their kids is trying to get food. Would recommended the cheeseburger and ceasers salad but the chips we had were salad stone cold. We loved the gym but were not a fan of the super busy pools. Definitely upgrade to a private pool if you can, we spent a lot of time by ours. We managed to get some restaurant reservations ahead of time, the Greek cuisine is a definite must visit. Special thanks to the lovely member of staff at the gym, the guy who restocked our fridge daily and the very nice cleaning lady who always left our room clean and smelling amazing. We're already planning our next stay and hope to visit a few other Mitsis resorts.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Uendi and Mariglena for their kindness and professionalism - they really made me feel welcome and made my stay extra special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to everyone!

As a family of 5, we had good holiday. However, as so many other reviews have said, i don't think this should be classed as a five star hotel. ARRIVAL- Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel lobby is very nicely done, very clean. Check in was straight forward, staff very helpful. ROOM- The room we ended up with was very nice, this was a Superior family suite. However this was after we upgraded our room before arrival. After reading reviews we paid to upgrade from a family suite with shared pool which would have been in the old side of the hotel, to a family room with balcony in the newer side of the hotel. I'm glad we did this as later on we saw the original area we was booked into which looked dated and much older. There seems to be a drastically big difference between the newer part of the hotel and the original part which is located by the main pool. All the other reviews will vouch for that. The superior family suite located on the new side was very nicely decorated with a balcony with sea view. I would say that the mini bar bothered me. It was only restocked every 2 days plus the weren't any snacks in the room. For a 5 star all inclusive I would expect some snacks and for the minibar to be restocked everyday. Also no spirits. Only beer, wine and soft drinks. POOLS- We spent most of our time at the top pool and the splash park as we have young children. The pools were clean. Sunbeds were ok, maybe not five star quality but perfectly fine. The parasols were more of an issue, lots of broken ones around the splash park and clearly not enough to cover the amount of sunbeds. For this reason we only visited the splash park a few times and it was a lot to expect my wife and children sit in direct sunlight all day with no shade. This was disappointing as the splash park was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. Also there was the very predictable situation of selfish people trying to save sunbeds early in the morning before the pool was even open. There are signs stating that hotel policy is that beds cannot be reserved and towels would be removed if left idle for an hour but staff do not move them. We just moved them ourselves. We were informed by staff that this is a much bigger problem during the busier summer months. BEACH- Only visited once as its mainly gravel and stones. Kids prefer the pool anyway so the beach is what it is. We did'nt eat at the pizza restaurant at the beach so cant comment FOOD- The food overall was average id say. Definitely not five star quality. My wife actually had a very bad stomach bug for 1/2 days of the holiday after eating at the buffet. It needs more finesse to meet the five start label attached to the hotel. The ala carte restaurants were also hard to get booked into, even though the hotel was fairly quite. Our visit was during the last week of the season. We booked a few before we arrived on the app. A couple of times I approached the burger restaurant to get a table and I was told no despite there being at least 10 empty tables. If you cant get booked into a single restaurant after you arrive, then you need to re evaluate the capacity of the restaurants to match the number of guests/rooms. Another disappointing factor is that unless you are by the main pool, which has the souvlaki restaurant (average at best) there isn't anywhere to get food around the pools. Every five star hotel we've been to has had burger/pizza/pool menu as a minimum. This is usually so you don't have to visit the main restaurant if you wish to stay by the pool. Because of this we had to go back to the room and get changed out of our swimwear etc every time we needed to get lunch. There is a small snack wagon at the top by the splash park which sometimes had toasties. These were disappointing however, that is if they hadn't all gone by 11am. Overall, food/dining needs a lot of improvement. Drinks were ok, cocktails were average, again there was no finesse. Bars sometimes running out of stuff which I'm guessing was due to the season nearly being over. STAFF- The staff seemed actually very nice and helpful. I would however say that the hotel was under staffed, again I expect that this is due to our visit being at the end of the season. ENTERTAINMENT- Staff seemed great, kids disco was a lot of fun for the little ones. No complaints here. Overall id say there is definitely some areas which need improvement. If you're expecting a 5 star holiday, you'll be disappointed. It was ok for a last minute week away as a family. Price wise we got a fairly good deal. If we had paid the price that we was given when we first looked at the hotel I would have been very disappointed.
