Amazing Holiday Location and great resort / Staff

We stayed here back in May 2024, it was a fantastic experience and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Special mention to Alex at the day bar, Natalia (The Captain) at Pan Asian, George the porter, Efixia, Atlin Hamza & Dimitris all for making our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable, we cannot wait to come back again.

Highly recommend!! Went for a week with my family for our mums 60th birthday and it was the best holiday! Hotel itself is beautiful! We were lucky enough to be upgraded and ended up with a room with a balcony next to the swimming pool! Food is amazing and I’m a fussy eater and I had no problem finding something to eat everyday! The entertainment team are amazing and deserve a pay rise! Kindest and funniest people I’ve ever met! William and Klaudia were my families favourite people in the entertainment team❤️ My brother is going to miss his best friend Will! There is entertainment every night but I highly recommend seeing if Arland will you take up to the entertainment centre in the buggie but that’s just cause I’m lazy and was knackered walking up all the stairs 😂 Klaudia was amazing during the fire show! Shes insanely talented! The team also does activities a during the day at the pool and Beach! Zumba, Water Aerobics, Polo, Darts! Highly recommend doing the aerobics with Will! He’s absolutely brilliant and makes it so fun! Although I still don’t know how he manages to just jump straight into the pool! It took me a few minutes everyday cause I found it cold😂 They have archery at the beach everyday at around 15:30! They also do Volleyball at the beach too! The beach is barely a 5 minute walk from the hotel and is so lovely there! Pizza is cooked fresh everyday and is so nice! Can be a bit of a wait sometimes but that’s cause it’s popular and they’re making the pizzas fresh there! Highly recommend the ringos at the beach! Few were in tears when we did it, it was so much fun! Cocktails are so good! Both at the beach and the hotel! Very generous with the alcohol when making drinks! We did take uno and jenga to play late at night and I would recommend the same cause my family are competitive so we had a blast play the games in the evening

Wow on arrival beautiful check in at 10-30 at night after a long journey of 12 hours.I delighted to have a hot meal and glass of wine served by happy staff. Many thanks for this. When shown our room I was really disappointed by the noise when I opened my balcony door. I said I wasn’t happy and they agreed my room would be changed in the morning. When I woke we changed rooms with help from the porter who was kind and amazing throughout our holiday. When I had breakfast it was busy and well organised they did run out of orange a few times on holiday but breakfast was great lovely fruit everyday. Great omelettes I would have like poached eggs. The view is amazing in the morning from the reception and I booked a beauty treatment from the spa where I sat by the hydro pool. The facial treatment was the best I’ve ever had and highly recommend. We were unfortunately woken everyday by the cleaners talking as our room was next to their resources. I asked them to stop shouting but this conversation was lost on them. One morning I ran out of water so I went to reception where they eventually got me a bottle at this point I asked to speak to the manager who grave us another room in a quieter area which was beautiful. There is a long journey of over a hour to reach the hotel but it was worth it as I made lovely memories at the beach and the hotel had amazing sunsets by the top pools.

Could be so much better!

I really want to give this more stars as it has so many good things going for it. Lovely hotel, clean, modern, great location for private beach. Unfortunately my son has a gluten allergy and the restaurant staff were great, the head chef came to chat to me and made my son a pizza on the first night which was great. The next morning pancakes, cake, toast and cereal all arrived for him specially prepared. But two hours later he was vomiting so he spent the first day in the room poor lad. I went and explained this and again the kitchen staff came out and were very apologetic but my son was so nervous to eat anything for the rest of the week. So he lived off fries and toast. Also has it was towards the end of their season they started to run out of his bread and they brought alternatives which he didn’t like. I found the bar staff fantastic especially Elizabeth. The lady in the coffee house Maria very friendly. The crepe house was great. But the reception staff are basically useless. Trying to book the a la carte restaurants was a nightmare, they didn’t have a clue. They gave us a bus timetable which we later found out had ended the day before. Kiatari itself it’s a bit too quiet for us and being end of season all the shops were closing and had barely anything on the shelves. The bus is great when it runs. Beautiful beach and lovely surrounding gardens.

We visited the Mitsis Falaraki last year so had really high hopes for this time but we came away disappointed. Posted pros and cons for ease: Pros- - Time of year meant we could get beds around the pool and the vibe was very chilled. Weather temperature was perfect. -Animation team we all happy and friendly, we loved joining in the games - Visually, the hotel is stunning. As an interior designer i was so impressed by the interiors in the renovated parts, the architecture and the landscaping. So stunning! - Waiter in the Mexican restaurant was really great! Happy and friendly! CONS- - Never dealt with such RUDE STAFF, you either feel like a burden or invisable. It would be a miracle to even get a smile. We got bossed about by several of them too. I know it’s the end of the season but they made it very clear they didn’t want us there. When you work hard all year and this is your only holiday, it completely ruins it. - Swimming pool absolutely freezing, lots were complaining about this. Really missed being able to enjoy the pool. - Restaurant pretty minging. Tables dirty, mats staining, floor covered in food. - NO VEGGIE OR VEGAN OPTIONS. Unlike the last Mitsis, there were no vegan options available in the buffet & at the a le carte restaurants, the vegan choices contain fish. No words. Avoid if you have any dietary requirements. You will not be listened to or taken seriously. You will also be hungry. - Rooms not sound proof meaning you are woken up at 8am by maids shouting at each other in the corridor. So loud it sounds like they are in your room! All in all, a bad experience with the staff, seems like a really toxic work environment and they then take it out on the guests. Bad vibes everywhere. Won’t be returning sadly.
