Rooms slightly dated but otherwise an amazing experience. Family of 39 stayed here and had an amazing time. One family member was coeliac and restaurant staff was always helpful and accommodating. Food was lovely every time. All staff from cleaners, reception and bar we all so friendly and helpful.

The hotel is lovely and very clean. Not adults only as described by secret escapes but that wasn’t an issue as there was only a handful of children. All of the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the staff smiled almost constantly. The food was nice and there was a variety daily including some meats cooked in front of you by the chef. The rooms were cleaned daily including fresh towels. There were two shows which were good but they also had a pool table, air hockey and table tennis. Plenty of toilets which were very clean. The beds were super comfy and we both slept very well.

Stayed at Lindos Memories in August 2024. Gotta say, the location is unbeatable—stunning views of the gulf, the mountain, and the Aegean Sea. The hotel itself is a bit on the older side, but the staff more than makes up for it. The front desk folks, in particular, are super friendly and always ready to help. Polite and quick with anything you need. Now, the amenities... well, they’re not exactly top-notch. Could definitely use some updating. The entertainment area has the basics, but nothing that really draws you in—maybe that’s why the pool table is always empty. The food is pretty solid—good quality, tasty, and seems freshly made. But don’t expect a massive selection. Also, they don’t bother to label allergens or even name the dishes. I mean, you can kinda guess what’s what, but it wouldn’t hurt if they just put up a little sign or something. As for cleanliness, no complaints here. Our room was cleaned every day without us even needing to ask. The only reason I’m giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because they market themselves as a 5-star hotel. In reality, it’s a solid 4-star. With a few small tweaks, Lindos Memories could easily become one of the best hotels in Rhodes, especially in the Lindos area. That said, it’s still worth booking just for the location alone. Lindos is a must-see—bars, rooftop restaurants, tavernas, all with that Ancient Greek vibe. The whole village is a gem. Don’t miss it.

It's hard for me to give an objective review because we had a wonderful time at this hotel and on Rhodes in general. I'll share our experience, and you can judge for yourself. We booked this hotel as a Mitsis and as an adults-only hotel. When we arrived, it turned out that the management had changed, the hotel was no longer a Mitsis, and families with children were now staying there. At the reception, we were told that this was the negligence of travel agents who were still selling packages based on outdated information. Nevertheless, during the two weeks we stayed there, more confused couples continued to arrive, having purchased a secluded adults-only vacation from various travel agencies. In the first week of August, the hotel finally filled up with families with children of all ages. What surprises me is why people would come with children to a hotel that doesn't have special programs or entertainment for kids. You can feel in the size and organization of the territory that this was created for a quiet, romantic getaway. And this charm, which has partially remained, captivated me. The hotel's stunningly beautiful (to me) location by the cliff, with a rocky-sandy entrance to the sea, is remarkable. It's a lagoon where people come by boat from all over to admire the beauty and the clear water with fish. Right outside the hotel grounds are the remains of an ancient city in a gorge. The charm and spirit of the hotel are also undoubtedly due to the staff, who are friendly, attentive, and trying to keep up despite the fact that there should probably be more of them for the number of guests. In the dining area, the wonderful Giannis, Niki, Dania, and William. The food, in my opinion, was excellent, varied, including Greek and Italian cuisine, seafood (even mussels), meat and vegetable dishes, seasonal fruits, and desserts. Thanks to the chefs and the kitchen management. And personally to Muhhamed, who prepared simple burgers and steaks quickly and deliciously right in front of us. At the pool bar, there's always the smiling George. And two fairies at the evening bar: Maria, who prepared any cocktail quickly and deliciously, and Despina, who took orders alone without forgetting anyone. This is despite the fact that one day they were left to handle 120 guests together. Both charming and professional, they are undoubtedly the jewels of the hotel. Thank you, dears, you all created an atmosphere of true relaxation! All these people made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings for me. For example, we paid for a sea view room, but management told us there were no available sea view rooms. The air conditioners in the room and in some areas were weak for such heat - obviously, they need updating. The bed linen, mattresses, pillows and shower accessories were of good quality, as was the room cleaning. At the same time, the shower head in the bathroom of the room was tied with a rope. Very comfortable loungers by the pool and on the beach. Entertainment includes a worn-out billiard table and table tennis. Twice a week, there were dance shows. My husband and I went around the island every day, so we weren't bored. But I think I could have just read and admired the scenery. I would return to this hotel during a quieter time if I could be sure the situation wouldn't worsen. And if the same staff would be there.))

we came to this hotel after being moved by love holidays and it’s absolutely diabolical in every way. staff are so unhelpful, rude and unwelcoming . they all have no clue what they’re doing or how to work with people. there’s creepy male workers who kept eyeing me up when i’m in a bikini- me being 18 years old. service is slow, i waited 20 mins for a coke and 50 mins for towels after having to ask reception for some as the cleaners didn’t give us any. it’s dirty, nothing is cleaned. beds and rooms are dirty and the cleaners do nothing. the pools dirty and the sunbeds too. the food is a shambles, lunch is cold chips and strange meat. nothing is labelled, which is awful for those with allergies. dinner being disgusting made us have to go out to eat every night. drinks are gross, in the bar everyone is rude and takes ages to wait for a drink. there’s also so much plastic being used with every drink, even water. there’s no security for the “private beach” or at all. The safe in the room didn’t work. the shop, which is needed as the food is gross, upped their prices making it so utterly unreasonable to afford. lady in the shop is so rude and there’s no selection of anything. the air con smells like rotten bodies and doesn’t work. the shower goes from hot to cold and the pressure is variant. There’s also a shower curtain in a 5 star hotel. it’s also in the middle of no where with nothing to do. there’s ants in our room even tho we shut the door and have no food. the pool toilets are flooded and the doors don’t even shut. we made the best out of a bad situation but DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. it has changed hands and they’re using the previous reviews and ratings to get customers.
