Nice family vacation

Amazing service, food was delicious, extra attention to the children, however the mini club is not so great ( super tiny space for the kids )… rooms are outdated, small tv and no proper air evacuation at the bathrooms. We issues with the air conditioning but they fixed it quite fast… The pools are nice, beach bar is convenient… staff is extra friendly, quality night entertainment offered at the hotel, and although Faliraki is known for parties, we did not hear anything from our room … I recommend it

Another lovely holiday at Mitsis Faliraki Beach.

We have stayed at Mitsis Faliraki Beach a number of time and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is perfect if you wish to relax by the pool or the beautiful sandy beach, sight see around the island and venture out to try local restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms are spacious with adequate storage with added beach towels bath towels, products , bathrobes and slippers, the beds and pillows are really comfortable! The food this year was exceptional, huge thankyou to the chefs. If you were to ask us why we return to the same resort our answer would be all of the above but most of all the team, this team are a family, they are always smiling, always asking if your enjoying your stay and if everything is okay , constantly working together to ensure the hotel is clean and to a very high standard. We thankyou all so much for making our holidays so special and look forward to many more visits in the future.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant has good variety of food which was very tasty but could have been hotter for my liking. Family joined us late on the Saturday night and by then it was impossible to book any Al a carte restaurants via the app, you really need to book before you arrive, but the concierge did manage to get us one reservation. Lovely outside space with padded sunbeds which were so comfortable. The pools were very cold but maybe that is because we were so late in the season. The private beach was right on the doorstep with padded sunbeds again and a lovely sandy beach with easy access to the sea. The grandchildren enjoyed the bubble party but it was a shame there wasn’t a children’s disco for them prior to the evening entertainment as they got a bit bored. Overall a fabulous holiday our second with the Mitsis group and I am sure it won’t be our last.

Last bit of the greek sunshine

Just a few days left of our first stay at Mitsis Faliraki and WOW what an amazing time we are having! The weather is amazing, nothing less than 23 degrees. The staff here are so welcoming, and smiley. We have been here in the past to visit for the day, as we know many of the staff from Mitsis Norida, including Mr Bilis, the general manager. The F&B managers ( Basilhs & Giorgos ) have been amazing accommodating my husband’s no alcohol preferences. THANK YOU! The a la carte manager and Captain (Christos and Giorgos) are so good at their jobs and they welcome everyone with smiles. We have enjoyed all the food and the choice on offer has been excellent. Yes the rooms are dated but are clean and well looked after. We have been sitting on the beach everyday and have had amazing service from Michalis. He brings my husband’s daily cafe frappe even without asking. At the Brunch, we have had a lovely start to the day with all the staff but especially from Elena. There is a young barman called Elon ( I think that’s how you spell it) he is so welcoming and it’s lovely to share a joke or two with him. We will certainly be back. Last of all I would like to send our good luck wishes to the management staff who are taking part in the Athens Marathon this weekend.

The staff who work at this hotek are second to none the service me and my partner have recieved has been the most amazing serivice i have ever had at any hotel. This was my first time coming to greece and i plan on returning to mitsis faliraki nexy year also yhis was amazing the attention to details was amazing we even got fruit delivered to our hotel room. Big shout iut to Erwin behind the bar his knowledge on alochol is amazing and Alina the server is very attentive. Sas efcharistó mitsis faliraki
