Everything was perfect! Had a great stay here, was everything we wanted. With multiple bars and food options, we were never hungry or thirsty. Our first room was below the main buffet restaurant however which woke us up at 6am, we tried for 2 morning but as we were staying for a week I asked to move rooms and this was understood and dealt with whilst we visited Rhodes Old Town. Fantastic service and Sofia at the adults only pool was fantastic!

Another fabulous holiday at the Alila. This is a very late review from October 2024. This is a review I promised to write, so this is for you Nana in the Cretan restaurant. This was our favourite themed Restaurant of our holiday. Nana was truly lovely and goes the extra mile. Nana was very attentive to all the guests, making sure the we were enjoying our meals & drinks nothing was too much trouble! So thank you, we do appreciate your hard work. I would also like to take a moment to mention Magda in the Champagne Bar, as always you are fantastic and always take a moment to have a quick chat even though you are always run off your feet. Lastly we have to mention the beach bar staff. What a team! Mike and the team go above and beyond. Vaggelis you are a star, I think you may get overlooked, but you work so incredibly hard and remember so many guests they feel you are a friend. We look forward to seeing you all in May 2025.

Honest review from a Scottish girl who loves 5* hotels and excellent customer service!

Lovely hotel (honest review). We booked the hotel for 4 nights in April 2024. it was me and my friend travelling from Edinburgh Scotland for the start of my 40th birthday celebration’s. Check in - the check in was ok however it was late at night so no welcome drink and as it was late we didn’t really get told about the hotel amenities or get an AI band which was a bit annoying as we went all the way to the beach the next morning then realised we needed a band so went back to reception. This time we got a really nice member of staff who explained everything and got us a band and showed us a map of the hotel etc. Room - our room was nice enough and faced on to the hotel car park and mountains. The bathroom was a little dated but all in all, comfortable, spacious and clean, comfortable beds and no noise at night. Food and drink - we really enjoyed the food and drink in the hotel lots of options and al a carts to choose from. The pizza place on the beach was excellent too and the crepe place was amazing. There is a champagne bar and wine bar which was lovely. All in all food and drinks were great. Cocktails and coffees are all lovely. Service - the staff are lovely and very attentive. They are friendly and professional. Lovely customer services and feels like 5* Location - we never left the hotel as only there for 4 days and we felt we were kept busy and just enjoying relaxing. There are day trips etc you can do. Entertainment - the entertainment each night was great. The violin girl was fab and the live entertainment at the beach bar was a lovely touch. After the entertainment at night there’s not much else to do but we were happy with this as just went to the room. It was nice and chilled in April. All in all we had a lovely holiday. I’ve actually booked to go again this year in April with my husband as I really enjoyed it and have also recommended to friends and family. We have booked a sea view room this year 😍. I would recommend this hotel for couples and groups of friends. It is very chilled tho so if your looking for more of a party it might be a bit quiet and chilled for you. Can’t comment on the children’s stuff as we didn’t have any kids in our or party. Other families with kids seemed really happy with the children’s amenities though 😁 Looking forward to staying again in April 🥰 Thanks Ashley Lyle x

SPACIOUS HOTEL MITSIS FOR STAYCATION Mitsis Sekection Alila Hotel in Rhodes --Mitsis Gournet or a ka Carte dining limited.. Clean friendly nice sekection of Foid. The beach and the pool were great service.. and meals were very good..great location in the beach Excellent sekection food in the main restaurants and the beach bar sea view room was lovely Spotleesly clean ..all staff were friebdly and polite.. Fantastic family holiday!

I am sorry this review is so late! We visited in May 2024. We have been to Ikos (Olivia & Oceana) several times but as our children are getting bigger we have been outpriced an have been looking for something similar without the hefty price tag. We visited MarBella Corfu in October 24 which I enjoyed a lot but felt was let down by the food options. I researched the Mitsis brand and decided to choose one of their Selection hotels. Alila isn't Ikos but it's also considerably less expensive and is genuinely a fantastic option. My daughter has a peanut allergy so we have to be very careful when travelling abroad. The only hotel that has ever previously given us a food consultant was Ikos Olivia. I was really impressed to find that Alila offered similar. On arrival we were able introduced to the food consultant, Panagoita who listened carefully to our needs. She created a WhatsApp group for us along with the head chefs across the restaurants and we arranged that we would let them know where we’d be eating so that they could cater for us. It can be really stressful to eat abroad with a severe allergy and I’m so grateful for the care & attention they gave my daughter. Angelos, Diamantis, Charis and all of the chefs really took care of my daughter, always preparing her meals from scratch and even creating safe desserts for her. I have likely forgotten some of the chefs names but really want to stress they were incredible. I tried to tip them at the end of our holiday but they flatly refused and politely suggested tips go to restaurant staff instead. I’ll add that all restaurant staff really took my daughter’s allergy seriously too and were very helpful (special thanks to beach bar staff who were able to make a safe chocolate milk for her!). I was blown away by the kindness and attentiveness of the chefs and have recommended Alila to many people on this basis alone. The food at Alila is very, very good - something often lacking at all inclusive resorts. I was really impressed and felt the variety was fantastic and honestly I am fussy! The drinks are branded and the cocktails are great. All of the Reception team were welcoming and friendly. Huge shout out to Fotis, the amazing lifeguard at the children’s pool! He did an incredible job of keeping the children safe whilst also having fun with them! In particular I felt he was really great with the older children / teenagers who are sometimes overlooked… he included them and allowed them to have fun - it’s not often that older kids get the freedom they should have to be kids! He was also great with the littles too. My only downside was our room. It felt cramped but we are a family of 5 so this is often the case for us. Also really recommend the Watersports centre on the beach. The children had great fun on the inflatables. We also privately rented a boat through them for our whole group (15 people) and it was a huge highlight of our trip. We loved our time so much that we’ve booked Mitsis Laguna for this year, however I have no doubt that we will revisit Alila very soon. Thoroughly recommend!
