Lovely Hotel with beautiful views

Just returned from a fantastic 2 week family holiday. at the Mirage Park Resort. We stayed in a corner room, which was spacious and clean. The food was the best with plenty of choice and veriety with a different theme each evening. There are two nice pool areas to be around, which we chose to be at the quiet pool without the slides and no problem getting sunbeds. It was also nice to swim in the sea everyday and the kids loved diving off the pier, which also had a bar serving soft and alcoholic drinks. The evening entertainment was good with a veriety of outside shows that were enterraining and professional. From there you could continue with the outside music disco erea or venture back to the indoor cocktail bar. All in all it was another fantastic holiday for our family and Turkey never disappoints. All the staff are very kind and hard working and would like mention one special young man "Bekir the Rollerblade waiter" . He was so kind to me and my family and would greet us every day with a drink and a big smile. He loved to chat whilst serving drinks around the pool area. This is a lovely hotel with great views and one day would love to return. We ❤️ Turkey..

Safe and fun hotel

Lovely hotel in wonderful grounds. Pools were so nice, kids love the water slides! Sea was clean and clear. No problem getting sun beds whatever time. Great location- lots of shops within a few minutes walk. Cute cats and happy the staff treated them with kindness. Felt safe as a single mum travelling. Staff very friendly- some not able to understand English but with a few gestures we got there in the end! Fun sports facilities but unsure why the flood lights weren’t on as the kids would have liked to play football later in the evening. We spent a lot of time in the games room in the evening, which was very quiet and cool. We found dinner was quieter at 6.30 or 8.30. Great lunch buffet by pool that served waffles etc mid afternoon. Like the idea of an eco friendly resort but disappointed plastic straws and cups and still used a lot so perhaps that is something that can be improved on. Room was fine and clean- nothing fancy but comfortable. Overall a really lovely week and would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing but fun week.

A lovely holiday!

I holidayed here for 11 nights in early August with my wife and young daughter. I was slightly apprehensive as we had previously had a bad experience elsewhere in Turkey. I felt reassured having read the reviews before we booked and travelled. We had a great holiday. A summary of the hotel / resort.. The room was comfortable and clean but not particularly luxurious. The AC was effective and a lifesaver in truth. The food was, on a whole very good. The buffet can get a little bit repetitive but they definitely make an effort to change things up and provide variety. We used one of the a la carte restaurants and it was excellent. A welcome break from the self service. Hotel facilities were great. 2 excellent pools. One pool is very relaxing whereas the other is much more active with excellent slides and an active animation programme. The pool areas were exceptionally clean as was the hotel. I used the gym which was a decent size and well equipped. My wife used the spa and loved it. A highlight for me was the pier which was great for snorkelling and has a bar for a drink afterwards. The Starbucks offer in the upstairs bar is a nice touch and was popular. The bars are good and the cocktails in the upstairs bar are excellent. Good beer and quality spirits throughout the hotel. Only issue with booze was lack of availability of decent wine. They really should try and sort this. The animation team!! I usually give this a body swerve but I can honestly say they were absolutely brilliant. Incredibly hard working but not too pushy or cringey. Great activities for kids and the evening shows were great and very professional. The staff were brilliant and very attentive. I particularly enjoyed being served by people on rollerblades. Very cool. We had no issues with room cleaning and the minibar was restocked every day. All in all we had a great time and although it wasn’t cheap I think it was good value for money. We will probably return.

Holiday in mirage park resort

Crystal white bedsheets, fluffy pillows, several swimming pools adjusted to mini kids, depths varying from 30cm , 50cm up to 180 cm Thanks to the chef of the restaurant, it was a gastronomic paradise ( unfortunately you can’t taste all the food) Mini clubs are a great help for parents if the want their children to be looked after! Lots of fun, the holiday was amazing!

Amazing perfect green, but cleanliness is their weak point

We have been there for 9 days, big and beautiful resort. Everything seems to be perfect at the first day, when you enter in your room you found dirty wc, bad surprize for the first time. The next day noone come to clean even you put the label in the door. So we called reception 2 times and the cleaning was minimalist, not a accurate cleaning. Definitely cleaning isn't their strong point. They need improvements, public toilets smells of urine, dirty all the time. Such a pity for a huge and super beautiful resort. Food was over the average, like all resort in Antalya, in depends on personal taste, good ice-creams, taste baklava, beverages good. Entertainments were ok. Kids will never get annoyed. They have place to go and play. Only disco stays open after 12AM, all the bars even lobby bar closes at 00:00. So if you want to stay in a cool place you have no chances. In conclusion it has everything, but limited in small and particular things. But the green and trees here can give relax moments for all family. They should consider the cleaning fact. We were 3 family and share the same opinion about this.
