Loved the delicious meals, friendly efficient staff, excellent meeting hall, beautiful views and walkway along the sea. I was here for a meeting/meditation/retreat for 300+ people. We particularly liked the very extensive, fresh, varied buffet offering. Everything was always fresh, inviting and very tasty. All of us are vegetarian and found plenty of options. Very creative dessert selection as well as variety of fresh salad items and all sorts of bread options and soups. An all inclusive hotel with specific meal times…so restaurant can get quite full at times, yet the staff does an excellent job of serving water and keeping tables cleared and ready for next guests. Congratulations to all the Chefs and restaurant staff! A sea facing room has gorgeous views of the snow-capped mountains to the right and city to the left. Many kilometer long walk way and bike path all along the sea front. Gym is good with 2 multi-stations a treadmill, spinner-bikes, dumbbell set and space for yoga and exercise. Room is not so large and the AC was not so strong so was a little warm. Of course just outside is the heated pool and sauna…they are warm! Guest services desk was super friendly and helpful with just about anything we asked for. All ‘photo copies’ are via the Guest Services desk…send them a ‘WhatsApp’ with documents and they print for you free of charge…and you get a smile as well. Three girls, Viktoria, Jihane, Leonie… speaking; Turkish, Morrocan, English, Russian, Dutch. Front desk and reservations staff… Ibrahim, Demet, Sedat, Tujge and others were very efficient and worked hard to get such a large group accommodated. Their ‘system’ for check-in seems to be a bit old, kind of slow and hard for them to work with… however… they did a fantastic job of getting us all checked-in with very little waiting time! They were also will ready and willing to handle ‘changes’ of rooms and roommates whenever asked. Meeting hall… Nova 1, Nova 2 and foyer area. Really excellent hall…for our kind of meeting where we like quiet, space, comfortable chairs and quiet working AC/heating (no blower noise!). We were over 300 people and when meditating the room was pin-drop quiet! Quite unusual for a meeting hall. The hall was regularly cleaned, trash emptied, water refilled and tea and coffee machines would have been kept up…(although we chose not to use, we just had water bottles supplied). Mr Devlet and Mr. Ali really helped us with our set-up, decorations etc. and supplied extra tables, coverings, flip-charts etc as needed. Communications… Mr. Tayfun set up a WhatsApp group with hotel staff of Reservations, Hall team and Restaurant…. and we added our management staff. This WhatsApp group messaging worked very well…with quick replies and fulfillment of various requests, changes, needs etc. We usually go to new destinations…but now everyone is asking if we can return to the Megasaray again…everyone loved their experience here in Antalya!
