Exceptional Resort Experience with Outstanding Service - A Perfect 5-Star Stay!

We just returned from a fantastic week here, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff truly made our stay special, they were incredibly attentive, polite, and so hardworking. Our room was lovely and spacious, impeccably clean, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. This resort offers the perfect balance of relaxation and activity. Whether you want to lounge by the pools or on the beach, there's plenty of space to unwind. The food was outstanding, whether we dined at the buffet or indulged in the à la carte restaurants. The only minor downside we experienced was that the resort was predominantly occupied by Russian guests, which made it a bit challenging for our children to make friends. Despite this, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. A solid 5-star experience!"

From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on at this amazing hotel. The check in experience was fast and slick. The Maxx hotels app is excellent and enables you to chat with your assistants - we had Behnam and Elif who both took care of any requests, questions or restaurant reservations. We had a room with direct access to a beautiful pool with a bar. The room was spacious, spotless and had a fully stocked mini bar and snacks. The selection of food was incredible. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. The a la carte restaurants were exceptional - especially the fish restaurant where you could choose fresh whole fish from a cold room. We also ate at the Japanese and Tepanaki - which was spectacular - our chef Sono was amazing. The food was amazing. The entertainment in the evening is top rate. On the main stage, the dancers were jaw dropping. Great family entertainment. The entertainment at Tangerine beach and Sunlit beach were also excellent. A great selection of bands. The water park is a brilliant bonus - no queues. Not overly busy. The gym is great. Brand new equipment. We have stayed at IKOS in the past and this is over and above their level of service. Can’t recommend enough. We hope to return next year.

For me and my doughter,this vacantion at Maxx Royal Belek it was like getting Christmas presents. Yes,we’ve paid for it,but every day we discovered something else that filled our hearts with joy: the promptness and kindness of two Maxx assistant,Alexandra and Zarina,who were great help to us,like two good fairies, Izet’s warm smile and cheerfulness( from Sunlit Beach bar), am extraordinary man who made sure we didn’t miss anything while we were at the Beach. Althought the hotel was full,we didn’t have the feeling of tiresome crowding due to its generous area. The reception staff was very professional and kind,the accomodation was done relatively quickly,being greeted with strawberries in chocolate,champagne and red caviar with biscuits. Wi-fi: good coverage,even on the beach. At the beach bar there is an area with phone chargers. Room: very spacious,we’re had a room at -1 floor,with all the amenities you could want and a huge terrace with a great view. Upon request, iron and ironing board are brought to the room. Air conditioning is extremely efficient. The cleanliness is impeccable. The hotel staff is extremely discreet but very efficient throughtout the hotel. Beach bar: good service,good quality of the drinks. Scan the QR code on the table next to the the sunbeds and find out the menu. Good quality of evening entertainment. Spacious,clean beach,with sufficient sunbeds,distributed both on sand and grass. Wonderful,clean swiming pool. There is a lot more to say, all good,but the Maxx Royal Belek vacantion experience must be lived and less told.
