Terrible hotel, on arrival our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned and remained like that for the rest of our holiday even after we asked for it to be cleaned. Twice over the week we were there I had to go on the hunt for toilet roll and clean towels. The food was awful, we ate out every night, the snack bar at lunchtime was disgusting. The pool bar, good luck getting served I waited 40 minutes one day to be served by extremely rude staff, who prefer to serve Turkish guests first. Staff walk around in their phones most of the time. Entertainment was non-existent. Can't comment on the pool as we prefer the beach, beach area untidy, bins not emptied, loungers dirty, we witnessed hotel staff member fighting with a member of the public in the beach one day resulting in police being called. We have been visiting Icemeler twice a year for 15years, staying in numerous hotels and this by far is the worst and would never encourage anyone to book here AVOID

A hudge let down. We came here as a group of 8 (four couples). I never booked it. The hotel is clean enough but the food is horrendous. The entrainment staff during the day are great but the same staff do the evening entertainment which is boring and not put together professionally. Management please hire in professional people for evening entertainment as it's boring. The bar doesn't have enough staff working to serve multiple guests, as making cocktails takes a long time. Management, if you're reading this employee, more staff at the pool bar during busy times as the wait time for a drink is ridiculous. The food is the worst part, I've been to six hotels in Turkey, and this is the worst for food. It's the same junk every day with no thought into presentation or anything. Not being able to bring other food into the burger bar is retarded as my wife doesn't eat burgers. Equally not being able to eat the burger outside of the burger area is also retarded. Management, please review this rule its truely pointless. The rooms are fine, very dated and basic but that doesn't bother me however it had no ironing facility and the fridge turns off when you leave the room so it's pointless really as your almost never in your room. The entrainment staff are great, but the pool barmen are miserable, and asking them for a cocktail somehow upsets them which is weird. When you arrive at the reception, they ask if you have any dietary requirements or intolerances, which is pointless because they absolutely don't change, cater, or even care. Seems like a tick in the box question with no follow through when you arrive. The major upside is the location, on the beach. I will 100% not be returning to this hotel which is a shame. ***Update as of 24th August **** They hired some semi-professional dancers for an entire 30 minutes at 21:30. Now just background music for the rest of the night 😂 Management go to the Aqua hotel next door and look at their evening entertainment.

very good hotel a few negative points the wirlpool.spa by the main pool has not worked all week after mentioning it to reception twice and a large ants nest by the side off it we had food stolen from our room ie packs off biscuits the buffet restarant food is basicly the same lunch and evening good quality but got boring so we eat in a chinese buffet restarant in town and a very reasonable price staff are helpfull and friendly and work very hard our room was clean on arrival with a balcony would recommend this hotel abit a long transfer from Dalaman Airport 2 hours + travel lots to see in local area and has a private beach area for hotel.guests be aware off very hard selling in the shops and restarant staff outside trying to get you inside to eat just walk past and say no thanks in essense a good stay/hoiday

The reception staff were very helpful in all areas. The food was delicious and the location of the hotel is good, with many activities a round we had a good stay with the Family 🥰 i really recommend it the beach is really nice the pool also and the room’s view are amazing 🤩
