Very nice hotel with excellent customer service we were welcome by the GM and guest relationship manager and our stay was fabulous in breakfast we were assisted by Tugba and she was very friendly and we loved talking to her and visiting her. Overall a very very well run hotel and GM is very engaged in the hotel and we saw him almost everyday walking around and visiting the guests. Best hotel in customer service we will be back

One of the most beautiful resorts in the world without a doubt, my family and I stayed in one of the resort's fantastic villas it was a wonderful experience, starting with the incredible breakfast to the grand spa service, not to mention the many restaurants and the huge variety of stores.

- Many years in a row at the MO Bodrum, Outstanding. - A true sanctuary of relaxation. Simply one of the best resorts in the world. - Service standards outstanding; tremendous effort around the clock, authenticity, and discipline - Impressed every year; top quality in every way, highest luxury and peaceful setting - Many aspects have improved every year (buggy service, processes, tennis, gym, breakfast on-time every day) - Butler/Assistant Akman was tremendous, perfect; went out of the way time and time again for bespoke, outstanding service. Attitude, capability, attention to detail were top and highly dedicated. Separately, concierge Aybars was top, considerate, incredibly helpful and excellent, so attentive and resourceful. - Reservations supervisor Zeynep is extraordinarily thoughtful, attentive, patient - really went out of the way to dynamically accommodate the stay, consider, really impressive management of delicate situations. - The MO Bodrum spa is basically perfect and exceptionally well managed. Nilay and Beyza are incredible. They delivered a top service experience. Nilay is super capable, Beyza super kind. Staff like Berkay so helpful and authentic, warm-hearted. Sauna and steam room temperatures exactly perfect. Spa is tranquil, exceptionally well maintained inside and out, one of the best in the world. - Gym is also outstanding. Volkan has an extraordinarily positive and helpful attitude; has been so helpful year after year; he manages the gym operations perfectly, and is very knowledgeable and attentive. The mobility/pilates coach Gozde also surprised very positively; very helpful, an excellent coach. - Spa therapists Bam, Prapasi, and Putriani are all very proficient, of highest quality in expertise and charm. Impressive - Semih from the breakfast team is really capable, friendly, outstanding, consistent, warm-hearted. - Cagatay at blue beach really helpful and authentic. - Breakfast team managed in-room breakfast every morning exceptionally well, always on time, and with high attention to detail. Really well done. - The new tennis coach Milos is very good and professional; the new tennis management has improved. - The front reception team is so helpful, always with a smile, despite being so busy - such as Cyjunet, incredible teamwork and attitude. Incredibly positive attitudes Positive Particulars: - Buggy service is much more systematic and reliable/on-time compared to before. Big improvement in process and reliability. This was a weakness in prior years but no longer. - Spa is perfect, and exceptionally well managed by Nilay/Beyza and team. Could not be better. Really is one of the best spas in the world. - The gym staff is top (Volkan and Gozde, for example) - So much appreciation and particular kudos/appreciation on this trip for: Zeynep of reservations, Akman the butler, Nilay and Beyza at the spa, Volkan at the gym, Semih of the breakfast team. - Seriously, the sauna and steam are exactly perfect in temperature and cleanliness. Outstanding. - The aerial yoga is a big plus (but they are too close to the ground), and the new bronze garden sculpture is top. - Small but important improvements in lots of places, such as the stone divider on the terrace that creates more privacy for sea view room guests when on the terrace.
