Majestic Mirage Punta Cana All Inclusive Adults On

This resort was so wonderful. Beautiful. Great drinks. Tasty food. Comfortable room and bed. Super fun entertainment every night. We stayed in the adults only section and spent most of our time at those pools as well. Marilania, Felix, and Jenny were amazing and made sure our time was comfortable and our drinks were delicious. They remembered us every day and we so enjoyed chatting with them. Osvaldy was there with us every day making sure we had what we needed, getting us reservations, and helping us get all the extra benefits we could get from our trip. He went out of his way to decorate our room for Valentine's Day and it made the entire experience extra special. Everyone was quick to help and answer questions. We got the airport transfer as well and that was super smooth. We highly recommend and look forward to more trips to Majestic Elegance in the future.

Pros: lively atmosphere, a variety of activities offered and fully stocked stores with availability of medicine and any other essentials. Cons: just about everything else. 1. Service leaves so much to be desired. Prime example: It took 4 phone calls and roughly 2 hours to receive the requested bath towels to my room. My room was not serviced the entire day and it took multiple calls and pleas to housekeeping to do the bare basics such as removing garbage and restocking water. Notable exceptions for service are the bartenders at the pool bars and the entertainment/animation staff- always very attentive and truly went out of their way. One of the biggest downsides to me is how the hotel handles beach/pool towels. It adds stress to what’s suppose to be a persons vacation/relaxation. Each person is given a card and has to exchange this card for a towel (lost cards result in $25 fee for each). Under no circumstance are you allowed an extra towel - this is definitely NOT a luxury experience. As a parent traveling with young kids that get cold easily this whole process just makes zero sense. It’s pure stress/torture for all involved. I’ve only experienced this at another property and still have PTSD about it. I wouldn’t return to this hotel solely based on this alone. 2. Accomodations. I knew going in that this was an older property. It is definitely in need of upgrades. The beds and specifically pillows are incredibly uncomfortable and my back has been in agony the entire stay. The design of the shower is something from another planet. As soon as someone showers all the water ends up in the “toilet room” flooding it. While the room is spacious it’s missing functional outlets - in order for my charger to stay in the socket I had to put a coffee cup under it - true story. 3. Food: breakfast buffet is about the only exception, but even specialty restaurants the food is barely edible. Despite the abundance of choices the food is just not quality (and I am speaking comparing to other all inclusives I’ve been to). 4. Beach - a lot of seaweed (no fault of the hotel, but it’s reality). Another huge downside is how aggressive the beach vendors are - every 2 minutes someone is coming up to you asking you to purchase something. Annoying to say the least. Overall - if you are looking for a budget hotel this may fit your bill. It is a massive operation (the place is absolutely humongous) so lots falls through the cracks. It’s a factory like setting with no attention to customer service/experience. However, if you are looking for an experience with property and its staff makes you a priority - look elsewhere. This is NOT it. When an entire family can’t wait to go home from what’s suppose to be a paradise vacation - that speaks volumes alone.

Such a fun trip! Service was top notch. Beach was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Food was incredible! We got Victor as our butler and he beyond exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond for anything we wanted or needed. We are already planning when we can come back to Majestic Elegance!

Majestic hotel is very clean with beautiful rooms. Staff members work very hard to keep the hotel clean. Staff members are very friendly. The staff barmaids at the adult side Maxima, Angelina, Santa, Martha and Rosa work very hard at the bar and their service was exceptional. Joel and Frantceau were very friendly and provided us with clean towels daily. Ándelisca a kept the bathrooms and bar area very clean throughout the day. We love this hotel. We have returned for the 3rd time. Will continue to visit. Our Butler Karin was available at all times and provided great service.

This is the second time we have been here and we can't wait to come back. We stayed on the Club side and it was awesome. Our butler, Henry was the best! Always checking in with us to make sure everything was good. We didn't need much, but we knew if we needed anything, Henry would be right there to help us to arrange it. We spent most of our time during the day at the Club pool with the swim up bar. Ismael at the pool bar is great. Also, want to give a shout out to Ricardo at the club pool. He was always making sure we were good! The staff here is so friendly. Already looking forward to our next trip!
