Comfortable and convenient

We stayed at Maisan for 2 night for going to Expo. Very good customer service security guard reception and restaurant thank you to Ahmed and Serafim for welcoming us. Breakfast was nice but only ala carte. Metro is only a few minutes walking distance which was very convenient for transportation.

A WONDERFUL HOTEL

We booked this hotel because of its location close to World Expo. We did not have any expectations but we can say without hesitation that this hotel is superb. Almost brand new with large beautiful rooms and an A/C that works brilliantly. That is so important in a city like Dubai. The staff are excellent and professional and friendly. As we had to get a PCR Covid test before flying out - Guess what. A hospital right next door where in 20 mins we had a test and received our documentation. Amazing! The hotel is close to the Metro train station where you can get around very easily. Uber drivers are only minutes away and everything about this place screams out ..... "Book in here- you won't be sorry!!" It will certainly be on our list of places to stay next time.

Nice hotel and great staffs

I stayed at maisan hotel from Dec 15 to 23. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff at front desk, Rina if I remember her name correctly, was very helpful and accommodating. Thanks to Bharat and Milan— both made sure that the room services were perfect. Hotel is 5 min walking from redline metro and one stop away from Dubai 2020 expo. Definitely recommended!

Had a comfortable and clean stay for a business trip related to the Dubai Expo. Special thanks to Eyasin for the early wake up call, coordinating our airport taxi and his help. The hotel is brand new and accessible. The rooms are spacious and clean. Thank you again. Would recommend.

Lovely stay

Honestly one of the best hotel stays ive been in! Lovely hospitality and very clean. Stayed in a suite with my husband and it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The food was delicious as well.
