We love everything about this Hotel. The location might be a bit too difficult to who would like to walk to the beach but the hotel provided a free shuttle bus every 2 hours. This is my first time in Thailand with my friend after our first step in this hotel we met The best reception team ever such as Cartoon and Cherry who always greet us nicely We had encountered with some issues about the room but we lucky because Lewis the manager can find us the solution perfectly KUDOS to him and his team Cartoon , Cherry, Dew,Pop, Gina too ! Thank you for giving us a memorable time ever be proud of yourself guys !!!

Nice relaxing Hotel in Patong

Beautiful Hotel, clean rooms, nice pool and a good breakfast.I had a massage and the service lady was incredibly nice. The massage was amazing too. We received free daily water bottles and a free shuttle every two hours to the beach and the shopping mall (until 20 pm) The reception team was super helpful. The only thing I might wanna criticize was, that the TV turns on pretty loudly everytime you but your keycard into the room. Also the restaurant takes orders until 10:30pm but they were a little annoyed after we went to order something at 10:10pm.

Nice hotel , and the personnel in the restaurant are very professional and kind❤️clean pool , with the private gym , and the cleaning personnel's do their job well , and cause of the location it has very good weather cooler than the downtown , i hope you have nice stay their

Is my 2nd time staying in this property. Cherry the receptionist showed me a grumpy face during my check-in process. It feels like she didn't want to be there. She didn't even greet or welcome us at all. Didn't share with me the breakfast, wifi, shuttle timetable with me until I asked. The guests next door is having party and shouting loudly every night even at 5am. You might want to reconsider staying at this hotel.

Excellent Service from Reception Team !!!

We had a great time here even it's my first time here but i feel like everybody welcoming us so well the check in process was quick The reception team is super perfect !! When i had the breakfast all staff was very nice take care of us , variety of food Sometimes i have the AC issue but when i called to lobby As soon as we became aware of the issue, reception team immediately took action very impressive !! Kudos special thank to ’LEWIS‘ who has a perfect English skill This manager truly shows us what it means to be a professional !! 'Cartoon and Cherry' They always have a bright smile, no matter how busy they are, and never fail to greet us. Truly an excellent reception team! I will definitely come back again
