We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was a truly exceptional experience. The service provided was impeccable, reflecting a high level of professionalism throughout. The hotel's cleanliness was unparalleled; we observed the staff cleaning the pool, restaurants and its surroundings every night, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene. These guys were even cleaning trash cans. Even the staff is mostly very young, they were so professional and always kind. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and professional, making us feel welcome and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The food offered was consistently amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy any palate. Besides the main restaurant, you have food served on a beach bar and waffle and ice cream during the day. The entertainment was also a highlight, with engaging and well-organized activities that made our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a hotel where every detail is attended to with excellence, this is definitely the place to stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks, everything was great, the food, the hotel garden and the rooms, everything pleased us, especially the animation team was great and the darts 🎯 we liked it very much and had a lot of fun, great energy, thank you for everything

This is one of the best hotel I stayed in. Food is so good and you have many to choose from. Rooms are so comfortable and clean. Staff is so nice and very professional. It is never boring because there are activities from morning untill afternoon.

This was our first time to Turkey and we went with our teenage daughter for 7 nights and it was perfect! From the second we arrived we were greeted and our cases taken to our room, we were checked in and offered food and drink despite it being 2am the staff were so friendly and welcoming! Our room was spotless and a fridge full of different cold drinks and a plate of fruit and wine as it was our anniversary. We asked for a quiet room and on a low floor and that’s what we got, towels were changed daily and you got free towels daily for the pool! The pool was so lovely and as long as you got a towel on a bed before 7.30 you were good! The beach was immaculate and safe for all ages! The food was delicious albeit abit strange for the English tastes and did have a funny tummy so avoided the meat…. So much choice we liked the snack bar and the snack restaurant beside the bar! The staff were the most amazing people especially the entertainment team (Mohammet) they made everyone feel so welcome and we’re happy constantly and made a fuss of everyone and they worked hard! The bar staff worked relentlessly and always greeted us with a smile and as for the cocktails!!! Wow!!! My favourite was the Werde Dream! Had quite a few of those…… The whole place was immaculate and clean everywhere not one piece of rubbish and always cleaners round pool and areas and again always happy and polite. The spa was amazing as was the crappie who helped us get my husband (Iron man) a massage which he loved and me and my daughter got a gold face treatment for free which was good! We would definitely come here again with our older daughters! The main good point was there is minimal English people a lot of Turkish, French and Russian who were rude and arrogant but if you want to avoid the typical Benidorm style British people come here!! No louts or noisy kids! We had the huge pool to ourselves with around a dozen others most days and things park season!
