This hotel is located on the edge of the beach, only some 3 km from the centre of Marmaris. Shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are situated in the surrounding area. It is a few paces to the nearest bus stop, while Dalaman airport lies approximately 90 km from the hotel. This newly built, air-conditioned beach hotel comprises a total of 203 double rooms. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, and 2 lifts, as well as the garden and terrace. In addition, there is a small supermarket, a hairdresser's salon, a TV room, a games room, conference facilities, a public Internet terminal, three bars, and two restaurants. Younger guests may let off steam in the kids club or the playground. Room and laundry services, medical assistance, and parking facilities complete the offerings here. A HONEST REVIEW. Wouldn't book again in future stayed 7 nights with my 7year old & 5 year old and the mrs. Staff are rude unprofessional specially the receptionist girl with glasses and guy who also works at night when you check in. Not much spoken english very hard to explain & understand staff. Hotel is out dated specially the hotel room a/c are not the best old a/c .Be aware NO WIFI in hotel room only in the lobby ( reception area ). Food 5/10 not much variety if all inclusive. My check out is 12 afternoon pick at 6pm was told i can't eat in hotel they would cut the wrist band. Stayed here from 15Aug 24 till 21Aug 24. Both Pools not the cleanest. No hammam in hotel either.

DO NOT BOOK. UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL & NOT SAFE

Utterly disgraceful hotel. We had booked 3 nights but left first thing after the first night as totally unsafe. Took hours to sort a room out for us and with 3 young children this was very stressful. The manager is utterly useless, hides in his little office and leaves his unfriendly and poorly trained staff to deal with everything. When we finally got a room this was nothing short of disgusting and unsafe. Plug sockets hanging off the wall, mould, damp, broken furniture and balcony door that did not even close properly or lock. To top everything off, we were fast asleep, only to be woken as another family entered our room in the early hours with a room key. They too were shocked. I was terrified. Would stay another minute with my family. We have only managed to get 1 of the 3 nights refunded and we will not stop until every penny has been returned to us. If anyone has been successful at getting a refund please so let me know.
