Where to start? The restaurant was not air conditioned, can you imagine the heat outside was 40+ just how hot it was in the restaurant. I think the food must have been constantly reheating. (Both myself and my daughter were very poorly with stomach issues). The heat in the restaurant was so unpleasant that instead of enjoying an evening meal we just wanted to eat and get out as quickly as possible. Food was very repetitive and Turkish every night. Other hotels we have stayed at have themed evenings and it does break up the menu when you stay more than a week. The system for booking into the other restaurants in the resort put us off. We did not want to queue from 10am to 12pm only to get our 3rd choice restaurant and have to chose there and then what we wanted to order. Music around the pool. It was so loud that we could not hear ourselves speak sat next to each other. If you are looking a peaceful time around the the pool this is not the hotel for you. I'm sure some people love all the entertainment but every day we were pestered to join in several times when we clearly just wanted some quite chill time. We had emailed in advance to ask for late check out, I was very prepared to pay. I asked upon arrival and was told to come back the day before checkout. I did as they said to be told it was not possible and the whole hotel was full. We had to check out at 12pm. Our luggage was not left secure and anyone could have taken our cases they was no security system in place at all. We were offered the Spa to shower. This was quite disgusting and dirty. Could not get anything but cold water out of the showers. I had been very sick with a stomach issue of some sort from day 4 of 10 days and was still unwell on check out day. My daughter was also sick. Even given our situation there was no consideration and we had to leave our room by midday. There were guests who were very rude, thought they could just walk to the front of queues and demand drinks when clearly there were people waiting. They thought nothing of removing peoples things from their sunbeds and setting up camp themselves. There were heated arguments around the pool every day. You don't need this drama when you go away on holiday to relax. I saw children in tears as parents were arguing with these guests. Room was OK and air conditioning adequate. We had two bedrooms but it was only effective in one of those and no air con for the bathroom and hall way at all. Staff really did as much as they could to make us feel welcome. Other guests are right about the entertainment staff taking phones to "help" write reviews. Entertainment itself we felt was in a bunker like part under the hotel with no bar nearby. It started way too late, we didn't get any of the evenings. Beach was very close but could do with being a bit cleaner. The sunbed mattress looked very grubby for a 4 star hotel. I did not want to lie on them. Snack bar around the pool was the best part of this holiday (sadly). As you might imagine we will not be returning.

Absolutely phenomenal holiday. Staff were amazing, food was great and the views were even better. The animation team was outstanding, Melody, Speedy, Smaylo, Surgeo and Ayse were absolute superstars the whole holiday. They had us laughing, up and dancing and entertained for the whole holiday. We came as a huge family of 13 and we were overjoyed every single day. ‘My Eden’ restaurant was also phenomenal, with a taxi arranged from the hotel to and from, the food was the best I’ve ever had, the staff were so much fun and so accommodating, we actually ended up going there 4 times over our 2 week stay. The rooms were spacious, the beach was a 2 min walk away from reception. The best holiday I have ever been on hands down. Already looking to book again for next year. 100% would recommend.

-food is cold and vile in general -it’s dirty. Scum on top of the pool, floor hasn’t been swept, bird muck all over -entertainment is terrible -staff are rude -not ready for English holiday makers yet -don’t count on them ‘amazing’ reviews like we did. The ‘entertainment’ team have written them. (They get commission if you mention their name) -witnessed an altercation with a holiday maker and a drunk member of the entertainment team -the bed is like a BRICK!! Don’t bother coming here. There’s endless things I could say about the appalling hotel. It was that bad we changed hotel 4 days into our 10 day stay.
