Official Description

Hotel Los Zocos Impressive Lanzarote is located close to Las Cucharas Beach in Costa Teguise. It has accommodation of suites and family suites ideal for a family holiday. It is completely renovated in 2016 and has a total of 324 suites with one to two separate bedrooms, a living area with a kitchenette with 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, electric kettle and fridge. The safe is available to rent. All have furnished Balcony or Terrace. The modern suites have air conditioning/heating system (depending on season), bathroom with shower or bath plus flat screen TV with national and international channels. The Resort consists of 3 blocks of suites separated from each other by a large area of subtropical gardens and two large areas of 5 swimming pools for adults and children, one of them acclimatized plus a lane pool for swimmers. For the little ones there is a Mini Club and an entertainment program. It has 2 buffet-style restaurants, El Mirador and El Boulevard, offering national and international cuisine. You can also book a dinner at the Italian Restaurant. (one visit per 7 days stay on all inclusive) Guests have the possibility to upgrade to our premium services that guarantees access to Premium Bar and Sunbeds area and consumption of premium brand drinks plus premium extras added to your suite. At night they offer a varied entertainment program, accompanied with drinks at El Galeón cocktail bar and Aguamarina nightclub. In addition, they offer Wi-Fi Internet access, Internet Corner in reception (payable locally) , 2 tennis courts and an Astroturf multisport court. There is free outdoor parking and you have the Beauty Center for a relaxing massage or beauty treatment (payable locally).

Lovely hotel been here before and again it was superb the food is amazing always lotchoose the drinks all good even the wine is lovely too staff very very friendly we can’t wait come again only down side was beds realy hard and don’t like smoking area being right outside dining area

amazing holiday ! food was gorgeous and shout out to Andrea who made sure there was food available for my son who has food allergies ! she came over every meal time to update us on all the ingredients. excellent facilities for all ages and the location was perfect . would highly recommend , can't wait to return !

Fab hotel in a great location!

This hotel is fabulous and next to the costal resort of Costa Teguise with beach, bars and restaurants all on your doorstep. Pool areas are spacious and you can get a sun lounger easily. Gym is well equipped and immaculate! Food is so tasty with good variety everyday. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. First time in Lanzarote and would stay at this hotel again. Thank You!

Nice hotel. Good service. Good variety of food and drinks. Couple of pools were closed due to the rain but nobody’s fault. Staff are quite friendly and entertaining team are good.Only negative was the charging points were exposed in our room and a bit dangerous.

Honest review. I’ll start by admitting we have realised on this holiday we have out grown the package holiday as a family, but I will continue to give an honest review of this place. Firstly the positives: Really close to the airport, probably 20 mins transfer. The place is spotless, the teams work hard to keep it clean and tidy. The gardens, pool, rooms and restaurants are all immaculate The staff were very helpful and polite all week. The food was always hot and lots of it. The Chinese restaurant was a nice break from the main restaurant and the food was again hot and very nice. Work on points: Our original room, a junior suite was not big enough for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 young teens) even though we upgraded on the website at a cost of £168. We went to reception to explain the single sofa bed wasn’t enough for a teenager, they said all we could do was upgrade again, at the cost of £300 this time, just so we all had a proper bed. This room we were then give smelt strongly of chemicals and was damp. Damp sheets, damp smelly towels, we then had a cockroach appear in the bedroom! We asked to be moved and they obliged. But the new room, although cleaner smelling and dryer, also had cockroaches. We complained and were told it’s normal. They said they would fumigate the room, but never did! The bars! The pool bar is open all day, but the evening bar isn’t open until 7.30pm. So if you want a beer or glass of wine late afternoon once you’ve come away from the pool to get ready for the evening, you have to go to the pool bar, which isn’t where you want to sit because it’s scruffy, got an arcade in it so all the kids are in there and it’s plastic beakers and snack food littered everywhere. I wanted a beer in a bar once I’m waiting for my girls to get ready but I couldn’t get this so had to go out and buy my own from the shop!! Crazy. The food whilst hot and plenty of it was pretty basic on the whole. And I really don’t appreciate queueing for food anymore or waiting 15 mins for a coffee because there’s 4 coffee machines and 3 are broken. The restaurant is small and it’s chaos when it’s busy. The entertainment was the worst we e experience in 13 years of package holidays. Jet 2 should take a leaf out of Holiday villages and employ talented youngsters as their reps, these guys were simply lazy and fairly talentless I’m afraid to say. You didn’t see the reps very often during the day. We would not return. Or use Jet m2 again!

Built in 1985, the majority of the complex was renovated in 2016 with upgrades to other rooms in 2020 and is located in the town of Costa Teguise, one of the touristic resorts on Lanzarote. The complex is situated just 100 meters from the white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of La Cucharas Beach and numerous restaurants, bars, shops and banks. It contains a number of 3-storey buildings with a total of 324 suites of one or two bedrooms all decorated with a modern design. The Buffet Restaurants and the Pool Bar offer a variety of national and international dishes suitable for all tastes. Guests are offered beautiful large garden areas and pool area (35,000 m²); a substantial lobby, Safe hire, sales of excursions, Wi-Fi , Equipment rental, TV , All Inclusive Upgrades, rent a car and a 24-hour reception service. Just outside the main reception there is a supermarket, and souvenir / gift shops.
