Just returned from Lonicera premium having spent a week there with 2 adults and 4 kids. We are a British family and travelled with Jet2. Hotel - the hotel is really clean and the staff are great. There are many different nationality guests when we visited and some of the staff didn't understand English too well. We found ordering food at the snack bar frustrating as our orders were often wrong or didn't come at all despite actually pointing out the food on the menu to them. This was in the minority though. We arrived late at night, around 2am and the staff were expecting us. We got offered some food and they upgraded our room to a family room which was fantastic. On a few occasions the staff were complaining to me that they didn't receive tips. I tried to explain, as an all inclusive resort, it's unlikely people are walking around with cash in their pockets. Still, I found this unusual. Food - loads of options and themed nights. I have two extremely fussy kids who struggled to eat. They don't appear to cater for the British too well. But to be fair we were in the minority. Adults done ok though. Plenty of options if you are willing to try different things. Plenty of salad and veg etc... the desserts looked amazing but not really out thing. There was fruit available too. During the day. The snack bar was the best for our fussy eaters. There is ice cream available all day and water melon/ melon to help yourself too. Drink - Efes on tap, plenty of cocktails, very generous. Wine was also available. Kids slush and cocktails. The fridges were well stocked with bottled water and you can help yourself 24/7 to bottled water throughout the hotel. Entertainment - we thought it was brilliant. Some nights were a bit poor with bingo dragging on two hours but we also had a Rave, foam party, street dancers, Turkish dancing, magic show and stunt show. The downside which is not the hotels fault was the heat and humidity. It was borderline unbearable for me. I would recommend taking handheld electric fans. One night in July was 36 degrees and 9pm with no breeze. Awful when you have been in the sun all day, showered and changed into nice evening clothes. Kids club wasn't great. I wouldn't expect much from this facility and is aimed at younger children. It was empty most days. We found ourselves on a night watching the entertainment and heading inside under air conditioning, playing cards and having good family time without devices. Beach - there is a nice little private beach at the bottom of the hotel. We only spent a few hours there. It was a bit rocky but the sea was amazing to swim in. Pools - there was 3 pools. One large pool, a mini water park for younger children and 3 slides for bigger kids. Our 4 kids spent 6 days in these pools and never moaned once. We would be there 10am til 6pm and I'd have to drag them out. Lonicera world hotel - there is access to the other hotel over the road with a larger water park and more entertainment, amusements, pools, bowling etc .. bit there was a lot more to spend money on. I personally found the place a bit too full on. There was many guests there and felt overcrowded and overwhelming with 4 kids. We much preferred the lonicera premium. What is near by? - plenty of shops, bags, footy kits, clothes and shoes. Not many restaurants. There was a fun little karaoke bar which we went too one night. Other - WiFi was free and decent but found it only allows so many devices to connect per room. They provide towels and most days it was a struggle to get 3 or 4 sunbeds together unless your one of 'those' who gets up early to put one down. Overall I personally wouldn't come back. But that is purely down personal circumstances. My kids wouldn't eat the food, it was too hot on a night and I like to visit different places. But don't let that put you off. We had an amazing time and don't regret going at all!
