Amazing spa getaway followed by hearty lunch. Varsha, Mela and Yushrah are great hosts

We visited Long Beach for a relaxing spa getaway and were greeted with a warm welcome. Varsha and Mela gave us incredible massages – truly calming and rejuvenating. Afterward, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Sapori restaurant. The food was fantastic, and Yushrah provided excellent service with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Thanks to their amazing hospitality, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return!

Absolutely fabulous holiday - Kumar at the Shores bar was fantastic, Jimmy and Chris were great beach waiters and Gayetree in tides restaurant always served us with a smile and a chat. Orelia and Sharvan in reception were lovely and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous, the food is fantastic and the rooms are just fabulous. Wouldn’t change a thing thank you for such a memorable holiday.

Beautiful hotel & Pool

We had a truly memorable stay at Long Beach Hotel from the 31st of March to the 2nd of April 2025. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the staff made us feel right at home. Our sea view room was absolutely lovely—waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking ocean view was a highlight of our trip. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless and cosy throughout our stay. A special shoutout to the Sun Kids Life Team who took such great care of our toddler, Jenny. She felt so comfortable and happy thanks to your warm and attentive approach. The kitchen team also deserves a big thank you—the food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes. While we thoroughly enjoyed the meals, we would have appreciated more seafood options to make the experience even better. The weather on the 1st of April was unfortunately quite rainy and wet, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying a refreshing swim in the pool. The facilities were great—the sports team was super friendly, and we loved having access to the badminton and tennis courts, squash court, ball pool table, and ping pong table. There was always something fun to do. Overall, the staff were all incredibly helpful and lovely, and we had a fantastic time staying with our family. Thank you, Long Beach Hotel, for making our little getaway so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Staying in Paradise

We have just arrived back from a wonderful 11 nights at Long Beach as a family of 3 with a 3.5 year old. We had an amazing time with so many great things to mention. The staff are an asset to the hotel they were amazing, super friendly and helpful. They all seemed to love kids and were so sweet with our little girl. Our favourite member of staff by far was Celine, who our daughter absolutely adored. She went above and beyond and i hope the hotel appreciate how amazing she is! For the first time our 3.5 year old little girl visited the hotels kids club. She would go for a couple of hours after breakfast, the set up was great and the range of activities were brilliant. The ladies who ran it were lovely, they gave her a free tshirt when she arrived and a bee teddy and note on our last day. Her favourite activity at the kids club was Pizza making in the Italian restaurant and eating it (before it opened for lunch). The food was great, plenty of choice and variety. We ate at the Italian and chopsticks twice during our stay all meals we thoroughly enjoyed. And Hasu which wasn't included in the all inclusive package but worth the money. The buffet in the evening was the best we have been to in an all inclusive hotel. The Mauritian curry's were amazing as was the fresh fish. They had pizza every night for kids, we probably could have done with there being more of a selection of kids food like chips or chicken nuggets. Although our daughter would order those at Tides for lunch. The beach was beautiful and we loved the press for drinks buttons. We used the free kayaks twice and booked the hotels glass bottom boat (runs at 10am and 2pm) but unfortunately it was abit stormy and we couldn't go on it. We did go on an amazing private boat day trip booked through Samuel and Monica Excursions, where we fed monkeys, saw dolphins and snorkled. We stopped off at an island for the most amazing bbq lunch of chicken skewers, fish, lobster and more. Would highly recommend! We had 3 massages between the 2 of us and thoroughly enjoyed them! I wish I had booked the body scrub at the start of the holiday. The only small faults we found with our stay was service around the pool was quite slow. Sometimes we would go to the bar to make our order and point out where we was sitting. We also found that there wasn't enough information given at check in to inform us of the hotel facilities. It wasn't mentioned about the free watersports and also that crepes were served in the afternoon near the beach end of the pool. We have recommended the hotel to many of our friends already and will certainly be back.
