We had a great family holiday here with a 3 and 5 year old. The entertainment staff are brilliant and there was so much to keep a family occupied. Loads of choice at meal times and the food was pretty good. The coffee was terrible so we'd walk to a local cafe after breakfast to get our fix. The bus to Lindos stops outside the hotel so we caught it a few times and got a cab back for €16.

I wish I could comment on a great holiday at Costa Lindia Beach Resort, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We booked through LoveHoliday and arrived on the 3rd of September, only to be told at midnight that the resort was fully booked. We were then informed that we had been "upgraded" to a more "suitable" hotel next door, Lindos Princess Beach Hotel. Given the late hour and the fact that we'd been traveling since 9 am, we had little choice but to accept the change. This was particularly difficult as we were traveling with a 6-month-old baby and half a dozen bags. Despite this, no assistance was offered by the hotel. Upon arriving at Lindos Princess, the grand lobby and helpful staff initially gave a good impression. However, we were quickly made aware that there was no 24-hour room service, a service offered at Costa Lindia. Instead, the staff provided us with ham and cheese sandwiches—far from ideal for us as vegetarians. The room we were given was dated, and we had to sleep in separate beds, but we were too tired to complain. The following morning, we headed down for breakfast, only to find a chaotic scene with guests scrambling for seats and food. The food quality was poor and certainly not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. A quick search revealed that Lindos Princess is actually a 4-star hotel, meaning we were not upgraded but downgraded. The issues didn't stop there. The constant noise from the entertainment team, the limited dining options despite the "all-inclusive" package, and the lack of concern for non-smoking areas around children all added to our dissatisfaction. This review is to warn others: do not book Costa Lindia Beach Resort or Lindos Princess Beach Hotel. The practice of overbooking and then shuffling guests to a lower-rated hotel is unacceptable, and from what I've read, this isn't an isolated incident. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a hotel that respects its guests and delivers on its promises.

TOO BIG FOR MY BOOTS

Some good points and a few bad at this massive all inclusive resort. The good bits are the pool areas and slides , excellent for the children. Kids loved the snack bars for pizza slices , gyros and ice creams. Food in the main restaurant is reasonable quality for this type of mass catering and loads of choice. Negatives for me are the constant waft of sewage, probably emanates from a local sewage works. The quality of drink's is poor All cocktails are made with very cheap alcohol and a variety of syrups Not good. The wine is shocking. The Italian al a carte restaurant is atrocious. Food quality and service in there is dire. There are some nice restaurants an easy walk from this hotel and there are lots of good places to eat in Pefkos. My top tip would be avoid this place stay local to Pefkos and use the local restaurants and bars You'll have a better experience and the ££ will probably work out the same.

Fantastic hotel for families

This hotel had everything we needed for a fantastic week away during half term. The room was perfectly situated for us, near to the beach pool bar and slides, exactly where the kids wanted to be. They loved the ice creams, pizzas, and gyros available every day. The food was decent, always something for everyone. The family room was a good size for us, two adults, two teenagers and a child, cleaned daily and well looked after, mini bar stocked every other day. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful family holiday

Such an amazing hotel. We went at the end of October and the weather was still gorgeous and sunny. Pools cold as expected from non heated pools but still able to swim and have fun in them. Great selection of water slides for my kids aged 8, 6 and 4. Beach lovely and so nice to be so close to the hotel. The sea was lovely and warm, quite rocky but we managed fine without shoes. Didn’t use the kids club but could tell it was good if you want that. Entertainment was great every night for adults and kids alike. Kids enjoyed playing mini golf and the giant chess. Very impressed with the food, so tasty with lots of traditional Greek dishes. Wine was pretty awful (as expected) but cocktails and beers very nice. Kids so happy to be able to go and get ice creams and pizza throughout the day. Hotel staff so kind and they all did an amazing job at keeping everything so clean. Reception staff helped us to book a taxi into Lindos to visit the acropolis which is well worth a visit. All in all we had a brilliant time and would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and fun family holiday.
