Nice but more suited to the more able bodied.

Very poor access for the less able. Every area and accommodation is accessed by steps and ramps with only two lifts between the main swimming pool and the main restaurant to alleviate any difficulty. The main restaurant area is open to air along with birds and insects, fans are the main means of movement of air which leads to a hot humid eating environment in warm weather. Other smaller eating areas are provided which are enclosed and air conditioned. Main bar is 24hr service. The pool area and beach are supplied with very adequate and numerous sun loungers. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride from central Olu Deniz which is handy as the hotels small amount of shops offer a limited and relatively expensive range.

Wonderful! Once again

We visited Lykia in 2022.( After the hotel we visited last year, it was inevitable we would go back to Lykia this year) Once again it was wonderful. Checked in - easy,with the most polite staff and helpful people. Hotel room had been decorated since our last stay- very nice. I'd mailed ahead as it was our wedding anniversary- balloons and petals on our bed on arrival ( nice touch). Food - excellent and cooked fresh in front of you. Staff - excellent, could not fault any one of them. Facilities- excellent, especially the 'Kids Paradise' on site water park. Again great staff. Cleanliness- excellent. There are too many things to talk about so one word to describe Lykia- 'excellent'. Already looking to book for next year. Thank you Lykia staff for your hard work and commitment to ensure we had a great family holiday. (Special mention to Sevket and Furkan) but there are many others who were great

Great Hotel, Great Views and Great Staff

Fantastic holiday, lovely hotel clean tidy lots to do and very enjoyable. The food is really nice lots to choose from as long as you know its a busy experience with alot of people rushing to get the good stuff. Drinks are good and I can really recommend the quiet signature cocktail bar. The Japanese and female led turkish restaurants were amazing. Staff are great and really helpful with a special mention to Bibo. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Only downfall the main pool was closed 3 times due to someone using it as a toilet which was annoying as the hotel provided swim nappies. Overall a nice holiday and would definitely book again.

Amazing holiday!

Visited Liberty Lykia for the 4th time in August 2024. Family of nine, ages ranging from 4 to 65. Rooms have been refurbished to a high standard. Water park excellent for all ages and amazing new slides. Great variety of entertainment every night. Food is is delicious and so much choice. Restaurant staff are so helpful and attentive. Our waiter Sevket was exceptional found us a table for nine and looked after us so well every night. Thank you Sevket and thank you Liberty Lykia for an amazing holiday.

Busy hotel not suited for buggies and the immobile

I booked the Liberty Lykia by accident (I had intended to book a return trip to Lykia Adults only - the sister hotel next door) On arrival to the Adults side we discovered my mistake and we were driven to the family side. Unfortunately with no availability to transfer we got booked in. The rooms are perfectly fine, well stocked fridge with beer and soft drinks and bottle of wine on arrival. The food is excellent with a lot of variety and most of which is served at the adult side just with less finesse. The main restaurant has lots of seating but again is huge with large volumes of people passing through. Whilst I didn’t see the usual queues and scramble for food it was very busy. Lots of day and evening entertainment. I’d say this would be great for a family however the hotel is vast all on different levels. So many steps that you easily work off the calories from the food. Returning to your room is like a full gym workout. This is definitely not suitable for the less mobile or prams. There are a few lifts about the hotel however I did feel for the numerous people I saw trying to carry the buggies up stairs or push up the hills. We spent a few days at the hotel (using the adult pool) then opted for daily passes to the adults only hotel side. The hotel is large, very busy and noisy. I wanted a quiet peaceful relaxing break and only found it by going next door. I’ll definitely return to the Lykia Adults only but would not return to the family side. It’s definitely suited to families with older kids
