A very friendly hotel with attentive staff in all departments, especially the waiters and waitresses in the buffet Myra restaurant. The new year party and shows were amazing. We have had a fabulous time due to all the staff and hope to come back soon

Lacking in some things

The room was bit outdated and needed attention this is our second visit this year. The foods was scceptable the hotel ihas excellent people and the staff iare very good. There are places in the hotel which need uprating. The main complaint we and other customers complained of was lack of entertainment in the day time.due to the bad weather it became a mundane day. The guest relations guys are very good and obliging. Would I stay here again ?.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and excellent. The food the drinks the options was exceptional. The room was great too. Entertainments could be better not the staff they're good but bad weather so they dont have much option but still could be better. Everything was lovely, we had fun and we would reccomend anyone to come see the place aswell.
