Exceptional service

This was our 7th stay at Liberty Lara. The staff, service, food & entertainment continue to bring us back each year and did not disappoint again this year. The staff are so attentive and it was particularly nice to be remembered by a few of the team from last year. You really are looked after brilliantly by all staff all day long and the place is kept spotlessly clean by the hardworking cleaners and groundskeepers. The food choices at lunch are amazing, we didn’t use the buffet once for lunch, I’d even question if they need this open at all for lunch with the snack bar, pasta bar & pizza tent. Evening buffet there was always something to eat, if the main buffet didn’t have great options come outside to try the Thai noodles or the selection of grilled meats. We had 2 amazing a la cartes at the Italian & Thai restaurants, my only fault at the Thai is during August the heat was so uncomfortable the kitchen heat must add to the outside temperature, at least the Italian we could sit inside with air con. We booked a la cartes on first day and could not get in till our 9th & 10th night so I don’t know how this would have worked if we’d only been there for 7 nights, you might be better to book in advance. While we do love this hotel I do have a couple of negatives. I only write these in hope they can be considered for improvement to what is already an excellent hotel. Rooms - we had already booked for 2025 on basis internal refurb was happening this winter but this has now been delayed. The rooms are so outdated now but our time in there is very limited so this does not spoil our holiday, but we are considering changing to Liberty Fabay next year. Drinks - whilst there is a great selection of drinks, I feel you aren’t getting the brands they say you are. I’ve drank Jack Daniels for 20+ years so know what it tastes like and what they were serving out of a JD bottle was certainly not JD, if it was then it was extremely watered down. If you don’t want to serve the premium brands, remove them from the menu rather than serve up some cheaper alternative. Smoking - whilst you have to expect smokers want to enjoy a holiday too, I don’t think it’s fair on non smokers to allow smoking at the dining tables by the pool on an evening. Perhaps a dedicated smoking section nearer to the Appollon bar would be a better idea leaving tables nearer the food and buffet entrance smoke free.

Fantastic Liberty Lara !

A very enjoyable 10 night stay at Liberty Lara. Superb hotel with amazing staff, nothing is too much trouble. As others have commented the hotel is spotlessly clean and there is endless amounts of food and drink (branded) options on site. Entertainment was great and our daughter enjoyed the shows of a night very much, she never stopped dancing! The rooms are slightly dated but this is being addressed I believe. My only very slight niggle would be that there is no designated smoking area , the majority of people from what I seen were non smokers but had to deal with passive smoke which wasn’t ideal. However this wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Overall a very pleasant stay at Liberty and would not hesitate to return in future.

Absolutely brilliant holiday! Definitely recommend :-) Hotel - spotlessly clean. Everyone super friendly and accommodating. Room was great (bathroom dated, but not that I’m complaining!). Hotel grounds - AMAZING!! Pools are massive! There is an adult only pool, a HUGE general pool (lovely & warm), a kids pool, plus water slides. There are plenty of sunbeds - a few people get up early to reserve their “beds of choice”, but if you came down later, you would still find a sunbed :) My only gripe would be that the general pool is the same depth throughout, there is no shallower area. There are 3 bars/snack areas around the pool (including a pasta house, a pizza place, a crispy fried chicken area, plus more!!). There’s also a coffee kiosk with croissants, an ice cream place and a patisserie)…. SO MUCH CHOICE!! The sea is also so warm and clear. And only a very short 1 minute walk from the pool area. Entertainment - again, absolutely fantastic!! The daytime entertainment around the main pool is great fun for everyone ( the pool is so big, there is always PLENTY of room to swim and play if the entertainment doesn’t take your fancy). The evening entertainment was either held in the garden or the amphitheater (always plenty of seats) and it was always spectacular! Afterwards, there was usually more entertainment in one of the other bars, for those who wanted to stay up a bit later.. Food - can’t fault it. Whether you eat at the snack bars, pizza area, pasta place or main restaurant - it’s all great food. The main restaurant changes the theme most nights, but there’s always plainer food for any picky eaters. Overall - our holiday was brilliant. Will definitely go back.

AMAZING!!! Just returned from 10nights at the Liberty Lara. All the staff were brilliant, there was not one that wasn't happy,smiling or polite. Lifeguards were great with the kids and adults having fun.Food was fab especially the Thai noodles. Drinks were branded,bottled water and cans of fizzy drinks always stocked up well in all fridges at pool areas and on the pier. Lots of great water sports on the beach aswell. Looking to go back next year. Thanks to all at Liberty Lara.

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at Liberty Lara. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, staff went up and over to make our holiday perfect in everyway. The moment you arrive, you are welcomed with an opulent and open lobby with drinks on arrival. This is also a great place to relax and grab a refreshment. The waitresses Esma and Ayse in the Gagai Lobby bar will ensure that you are never without a drink and offer a warm and friendly reception as they are always with a smile. Here you will also find Guest Relations with the gentleman named Mustafa. Mustafa always has time to chat, shares valuable information and goes up and over to make the guests welcome. Our room was immaculate and well cleaned by our very friendly and bubbly cleaner, Nimet. Mini bar was stocked daily along with fresh linen and towels. Air conditioning was most welcome after a day in the sun with a lift close by to our room. Food was very tasty with plenty of choice for everyone. Food service staff were attentive ensuring you had the best dining experience possible in all eateries. Special mention to Nevin and Zeynel who always greeted us with a warm welcome and impeccable service. The entertainment team would greet their guests each day and welcome them with a programme of activities for all. There was never any pressure to join in but would appreciate your participation and take the time to get to know you. Music around the pool is great and makes you feel good with even some chilled out music during siesta. Bekir and Omer were always on hand to say hello and take the time to involve you and make you feel part of the family. The pool area and slides are great and fun for all. Lifeguards interact with guests and have fun with the kids along with ensuring safety at all times. Cleaning staff are constantly working to ensure all areas are immaculate, bins are emptied, surfaces cleaned, floors swept and polished. The toilets are the freshest and cleanest public toilets we have ever seen and used! The beach is beautiful with clear warm water and plenty of beds in the shade if you want a quiet day. Situated on the pier is the beach bar with Ali and Fatih as your waiters. Ali and Fatih always greet you with a smile and a drink! They made our days at the beach fun and memorable making us a variety of cocktails and never forgetting us - we hope to see you both next year when we return. And lastly, how can we forget the hotel dog Garab! What a lovely placid and loyal dog he is to greet you on an evening and make everyone smile. Overall, a fantastic holiday that did not disappoint, we were sad to come home but know that we will be returning next year and we are already looking forward to it and to see our new friends!
