A magical place 💫

We recently had an incredible stay at Lesante Blu and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm and friendly service that made us feel instantly welcome.!! One of the highlights was the fine dining experience at Melia and the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Very attentive professional and always happy to help with any requests or recommendations. Overall it was an amazing experience and we can’t wait to return..!!!

The exceptional service continues

This was our 5th visit to the Lesante Blu, we love it there. The hotel is always immaculate as you would expect. That said anywhere, no matter how up-market, is only as good as the staff and this is why we keep going back. We feel like family when we are there, everyone is so friendly and helpful. For our previous visits Vasilis was one of the managers that made the difference in our opinion, his attention to detail was second to none. For this year Vasilis accepted a new position at Lesante Cape and we wondered whether this would change the feel of our beloved hotel. Roula has taken over this role and I'm pleased to say she is just as attentive and helpful. We had lots of activities planned whilst we were in Zante, Roula is highly motivated by her new role and made any schedule changes we needed quickly and efficiently so we could carry on enjoying our stay. Anything we desired or wanted Roula and her team would sort it straight away. This started before we arrived and continued after we left, no matter what we asked for before, during or after our stay it was sorted. We are so impressed by this level of the service. The food is still out of this world as is the service in the restaurant, Kostantina and her team made any evening we spent wonderful. The professional service we received was exemplary as it was always friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely try Lobster night if you want a food experience you will never forget. Every year we rent a speed boat, we have had small and large boats, all are great. This year Roula organised a new boat driven by Dimitris. This was a great day out, we went to lots of small and quiet coves for swimming and snorkelling. The turquoise blue sea is a fantastic sight. So in summary the level of service continues with the next generation of management, so well done Roula and Kostantina you do a fantastic job. We have already booked for next year and we are looking forward to seeing our family again at the Lesante Blu.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and treated to a delightful welcome drink and delicious ice cream. Stefania's assistance was invaluable, and her constant warm smile made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was unfailingly kind, attentive, and always available to assist. The exceptional value for the price, coupled with the delightful and diverse included breakfast, made our stay truly remarkable. What a gem of a hotel!! I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent! Firstly, from the efficient check-in/check-out process, Dimitra was so helpful, each moment was delightful. Furthermore, at the restaurants, Konstantina, Giannis and Peggy were amazing and made us felt like our home! They are an asset for the hotel.
