Unique experience. 100% worth it.

We completely loved the Dome, it was a unique experience. The bed was amazing, the private pool and everything in that Hotel was special. Service, quality of food, room service, cleaning, and also the staff. Good location, and is also close to the rental scooter. Everything that you need is around in a short walk.

Dreadful - Do not stay here

This hotel is located in a really shabby part of Rawaii Beach- 10 minutes taxi ride from the beach. You could all it in 45 minutes but there are no footpaths and the road is like the M1 constantly, the traffic is relentless. Rooms are OK but ours has no view at all apart from some shrubbery, tiny balcony with plastic table and chairs. NOT 4*. The maids hadn’t cleaned had not cleaned the room at 4pm today when we came back from our day out - we showered and used yesterdays towels and the room was cleaned after 5.30pm! The pool area is tiny, just 4 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas, restaurant and bar are always empty - no atmosphere at all. The Domes are clearly what the resort is trying to sell but they are a good 10 minute walk from reception and to get to them you have to walk through a grotty underground car parking area! The staff are polite, quite young and seem inexperienced. There are notices around threatening fines for smoking cannabis but they are not enforced as the lift and corridors reek of it - horrible! Someone was openly smoking this in the sun deck area today and was ignored completely. This is not what any of the advertising pictures portray for this hotel and it’s a 3* at best. I would certainly never stay here again.

Horrible. Don’t recommend it

We booked a room called "VILLA terrace view" on Agoda. The photo showed a private dome villa and the price was appropriate for a dome villa. When we checked in to the hotel, they showed us our room and it turned out to be a regular room (NOT A VILLA!) with a shared pool. It was an important date for us and we wanted to stay in a villa with a private pool (which is what we booked!). The staff just said they couldn't refund the money. We were ready to pay extra for a suite or a large villa, but the staff said that everything was booked. We were for about an hour at the reception and tried to solve the problem through Agoda support, while the staff did not ask us if everything was ok. The staff didn't even apologize for the wrong photos. I was very upset, because we had to leave and they didn't even refund our money. I had no way of knowing in advance that their photo was wrong, because there was a photo of a dome VILLA and it also said "TERRACE", and this villa also has a terrace. So we had to leave and rent another hotel. Agoda support admitted that the hotel was showing the wrong photos, but they still haven't refunded our money. I will change this review as soon as i get my money back ( 13.319,58 bath for 2 nights)

Manager rude: Ave facilities, been here for 25 years worst place do not waste money here, not worth the price vs value , but it’s the manager and Ave facilities, pictures are old vs what you see do not trust! Not worth it much better places on the island

Best thing?.....CHECK OUT!!!

The worst experience we ever had. We only stayed for 2 nights and the best thing was leaving it. Never been treated like that. Breakfast staff and the manager are rude and no hospitality training at all. If you are planning to stay there please make sure you are not disable or have any scars as you will be discriminated and judged. Pool was dirty and bedroom full of mosquitoes. Bathroom window covered wit cobwebs and dead mosquitoes. No storage space at all. Luggage has to stay on the floor and the dome let all the outside noise in. Not possible to close the curtains as there were hooks missing and also the tv and its cables don't allow you to close the curtains completely. Will never stay here again.
