I am so confused by all the negative reviews. Myself and my son have stayed here for 4 nights and it has been lovely. It’s clean, staff helpful and has a lovely relaxed feel to it. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as we was out most days so cannot comment, but always had people In there. A bit of a way out but taxi £4 to get to restaurants eyc. I would definitely recommend

Awful place.

We had booked for 4 nights, had been there a few hours and booked an alternative hotel for the other 3 nights. Hotel was dirty and run down. No where near enough loungers around the pool for people. Only a few staff members were friendly, atmosphere was not at all like any of the 4 previous places we stayed during our trip whilst travelling round. Room was basic, had a foul smell. Pool access room which the doorframe was broken so the door wouldn’t shut properly, curtain broken off the pole. On arrival there was ash tray on the balcony with butts in and stuff spilt over the floor. Tv didn’t work either as there was lines all over the screen. Tiles are extremely slippery so be aware. Shops were not in walking distance at all. Would not rebook and certainly would not recommend to stay. After checking out after 1 night the staff didn’t seem phased or ask why. We booked Leaf Jimbaran instead and it was absolutely incredible.

What can I say , disappointed at the least. We booked a room as this hotel stated 5 star on booking.com. believe me this is not 5star! The toilet had a lingering gutter smell no matter what room they moved us to, the food we ordered was extremely overpriced for bali and very poor quality. The mattress in our room was covered in pee stains which I thought was appalling. Do not stay here if you enjoy genuine luxury and have high standards.
