Everything is worth it

Such a beautiful place ! We have stayed for ten days , I cannot fault it , friendly staff , especially Filipino, clean surrounding, so much foods to eat and absolutely delicious, the weather was glorious everyday , love to go back again. Highly recommended!

Party of 16 arrived to this hotel already feeling nervous about reviews, absolutely worst experience I have ever had. Rooms clean but flooding shower, broken toilet on 3 occasions and an awful smell. Money stolen from one room and an item of jewellery from another. 10 of our party have experienced Gastric and are still suffering now. Hotel ran out of drinks, dinner plates, water!! They were literally closing down and we still had 4 days left, we paid a lot of money and did not experience a full service. Booked with @Easyjet who so far have been insulting.

Location is great the rest ….. not great at all . So many people ill, I witness a boy sick at 6.15 pm and when we went to our room at 10pm it still had nt been cleaned . I went down with food poisoning and still recovering now I’m home.couldn’t ring reception for water or drink as phones didn’t work. No water apart from on first day you have to buy your own water for in room or at bar . I’ve cream bar also not all inclusive . We had maid not show up one day and only had towels changed once all week until I was violently sick , then I spoke to reception. This place isn’t clean pools had green around the edge and were ice cold . Much better time at the beach . An all inclusive hotel that is open to public it seems . Food was bland and very repetitive can’t say I’ve ever seen turkey roll in an all inclusive before or burgers with some yellow sauce ? Or something I can’t describe Drinks kept running out so would get a coke from bar and take to restaurant. Dairy free was very limited especially pudding . The smell in our room was bad covered floor hole with towel and kept toilet seat down. Overall nice place but would not return. More like two star .

Terrible experience, buying fake reviews, avoid!

Be careful of 5 star reviews quoting Nadia, she is going around offering free bottles of wine when people complain about the restaurant, in return for a good review. Essentially just buying good reviews. I was very disappointed with our stay, the hotel is very old and in serious need of refurbishment. We had 4 rooms and 3 of us had to complain about maintenance issues, damp and bathrooms smelling of sewage. Eve tryday my room key would stop working and each time you have to walk miles to reception and queue 10-15 mins at check in to get the key reprogrammed. The all inclusive drinks are not good, all served in a small plastic beaker even in the bars on the evening, and you have to look after a plastic token to swap for a glass each time you want a drink. Only local spirits and unbranded beer included. Coffee machines are awful, the only places with a proper coffee machine charge extra. Ice cream bar is also charged. The a la carte restaurants were fully booked for our entire 5 night stay and the buffet was awful quality, very busy and very repetitive. They only use cheap cuts of meat. There are no showers by the pool we used. The train ride which you pay for is very bad, just takes you round a few derelict shops and restaurants, waste of money. Entertainment team are good but activities such as bingo are charged for. The only positive from the stay is the beach, the sand is good and amazing sunsets, but it was infested with Mosquitos, not the hotels fault on this front as it’s a natural beach, but they were really back we were bitten all over even with mosquito spray on. All round a terrible holiday and would recommend to avoid this hotel in all honesty.

The staff are extremely helpful, particularly guest relations; Ria and Artemis also Mr Tokis for helping organise a special dinner for my brother’s birthday. The facilities were really great, the pools were lovely aswell as the restaurants. The entertainment staff really made the trip amazing.
