We stayed at this hotel last year and had some mixed experiences. Upon arrival, we requested a room change from a bungalow to the main building due to a physical issue with one of our companions. The staff was accommodating and changed our room without any extra charge, which we appreciated. However, the room we were assigned had several issues. The bathroom door was broken, and the heating system did not work properly at night. Additionally, the lighting in the room was quite dim, making it uncomfortable at times. On a positive note, the room was cleaned and tidied every other day. The hotel’s food offerings were somewhat repetitive, but the quality was acceptable. The drinks served were also satisfactory. The hotel is built on a cliff, which made for some challenging terrain, especially for elderly guests. Fortunately, shuttle services were provided at specific times to help transport guests around the premises. The hotel is located about a 20-minute drive from the city, accessible via public transportation or dolmuş (shared minibus). However, there were no shops, restaurants, or pleasant walking areas nearby; only other hotels were in close proximity. The swimming pools at the hotel were clean and relatively quiet, which was a nice feature. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff, who were very polite and genuinely caring in their service. On the downside, the animation team was quite weak; aside from darts and yoga, they did not offer many activities or entertainment options. Overall, while there were some drawbacks to our stay, the staff's dedication and the hotel's serene environment made for a memorable experience.

Do not book this run down sad hotel , there are better hotels for less money , jet 2 need to take this hotel of the booking list , before there is a serious problem either hygiene related problems and un safe dirty rooms ,,need up grading and a good chef and this hotel could be amazing but until then ,Do, NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL , waste your hard earned money and holiday time here , this was once 5 star last year , now 3 stars??? Really says it all , this is a genuine review , as I was a very upset from my experience staying here , still stressed trying to get jet 2 to reply to my complaints , we thought that they were a good travel company , as I have used them .3 times a year ? Any one else as upset 😠 as me would love to see hear , I know I’m not alone , just look at the reviews already by same time I was there last year , I’m going to legal action for my next step if it doesn’t get sorted soon , I was never informed of the hotel’s liquidation? It closed the day we left with my husband seriously poorly , from food poisoning as I had 3 days before , I’m angry and upset , I’m hoping for a resolution so let’s see🤷‍♀️🙁, this is my second review as I feel it should be told , as the prices are so high for this run down hotel , dead flys on food so I didn’t get pics as too poorly to even look at the food .
