Diving Experience at Kuramathi Kuramathi is a large island that might benefit from some renovations, but my diving experience there was absolutely amazing. The diving staff were incredibly empathetic and friendly, making the entire experience unforgettable. I completed my Air Nitrox course with Ilaria, who was an exceptional instructor. She was attentive to all my needs and even went out of her way to lend me a GoPro case when I didn’t have one, ensuring I could capture the most incredible moments underwater. Ilaria’s dedication and care made her the kind of instructor you always want to dive with. Thank you to the entire diving team for making my experience so special!

Amazing Staff, Diving and Pastry Chef

This is a very good hotel, let's start with the fact that the staff is very polite. Our housekeeper Fauzaan is the kindest person, very helpful and neat. Always asks what time is convenient for us and when it is better for him to come. On our last day, he made us a pleasant surprise in the form of a composition of leaves on the bed See you soon, we were very pleased. For Christmas, the hotel staff made different decor from scrap materials, trees in the snow, snowmen and Santa, inscriptions and garlands. It was very nice and heartfelt. How the children's club was decorated worthy of Michelin stars. We went there especially to admire and take photos. From foam, sticks and paints they made so beautifully and a lot of things, hung a bunch of inflated balls and then at the reception, in the children's club and restaurant they installed natural Christmas trees, the smell of which was simply wonderful. The trees themselves were clearly very expensive and specially selected, such fluffy and beautiful trees are a rarity. The kids club is super cool, the staff is kind and smiling. The kids were never bored, and the child asked to be taken there first thing in the morning, because he had a lot of things to do there, I think this is the dream of any parent. And at the end of our vacation, we were given a whole souvenir package with printed photos, a memory card and crafts as a keepsake. Thanks to the staff of Vita, Yulia, Raya, Kristina and others, thank you. The hotel has a very good reef right off the coast for snorkeling. There are many beautiful fish, you can swim for hours and not get bored. The diving club in this hotel is especially cool, there are many very good instructors, especially Ilaria, who helped my 8-year-old daughter join the world of diving. She is a very kind instructor who can help children overcome their fear and try this wonderful hobby. Food. Of course, as everywhere in the Maldives, the choice is not the largest, but everything was very tasty. There was a day of Russian cuisine, where there was simply awesome borsch. The real thing, as it should be, I am simply shocked that the Maldivians cook borsch better than I do. The pastry chef on this island is a real pro, all the desserts and pastries were simply top notch, I can say this as a professional in this business. It was pure pleasure. One of the reason why i'd like to come back)) We will be happy to come back again.

Best diving experience with Will

The best thing about my 8 days in Kuramathi was my dive with Will. I got an open water certification with Will, who was a great and kind teacher and allowed me to enjoy diving with calm and detailed explanations. I think I was very lucky to start diving in the Maldives. It was an ecstatic experience for all kinds of sharks and mantas, eaglerays, tunas, Wendy the turtle and even bowmouth. Especially, Will did his best to help us have the best experience. If you're planning on diving in Kuramathi, I recommend you find Will!
