We had a first class experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing and always very welcoming and accommodating for us and our 3 boys. The food was excellent and lots of choice for everyone. There was so much variety of food and would recommend to view the selection of food before piling up your plate. Special shout out to Hakan the senior manager and Rambo in the entertainment team who made our experience very memorable. The kids had so much to do and would recommend the kids darts (most) morning at 10:30z. The games room in the other hotel is better for teenagers with pool tables , video game consoles and lots more if the heat is too much for them during the day. Football every day at 4pm and beach bar showing sports on the big screen was a good too. The cocktail selection is endless and recommend the lobby bar for a good night cap. The hotel is very clean with a change of towels everyday if you leave them in a pile for them to be changed. If you like a good dance in the evening then the event area had live bands and dj’s every night with a good variety of English and Turkish music. The staff also invited us to a dinner at the steak a la carte restaurant which was a great touch. This is definitely a 5 star hotel and would come again. Thank you for a very memorable holiday xx

Absolutely Amazing Hotel

Wow, what a hotel! Everything about our stay here was perfect from start to finish. We had a fantastic stay at Kirman Arycanda last year and decided to come back and try Kirman Leodikya and it was every bit as good. When we arrived at reception and mentioned that we’d stayed next door last year out whole group of 9 were immediately upgraded to VIP wristbands giving us full access to the facilities at both hotels and we were amazed that some of the staff remembered us from last year. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and could not do enough for us, a special mention to Can who looked after us in the restaurant and to all the amazing entertainment team who work so hard to keep both adults and children entertained, especially Salih and Rambo who made our holiday unforgettable. There’s loads of things for kids and adults to do. Another special mention to the hotel manager who went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. Everyone was so lovely and friendly. The food was amazing, loads of choice and lots of different restaurants to choose from, the hotel was immaculately clean. The lobby area and restaurants are out of this world and certainly worthy of their 5 star status. We certainly had a holiday that we will never forget and will definitely be back, we would 100% recommend this hotel.

Awesome hotel!! .. traveled with my family and friends 4 adults and 3 kids ages 11, 9, 6. Hotel was very child friendly and clean. Had a larger family room with pool view room, and could not complain room was clean the size was large and spacey with AC, clean walkin shower, free mini bar topped up Everyday with water soft drinks and crisps and chocolate. Free wi-fi in the resort. Lobby area was lovely and relaxed with a bar area and coffee bar open pretty much all day till mid night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Qr codes by the pool area awesome addition as can order from phone and pool bar drinks get brought over to your sunbed. Food was good had different themed nights from Turkish to Mexican seafood and sushi. Could do with more Dessert selection and had same each night. Overall lovely hotel would go back.

Best Turkish hotel in Alanya.

Just had the most amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. The service from start to end was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help you. And make your stay special. The food in the buffet was lovely something different every night. We tried 2 of the 3 al la carte restaurants and they were both great. Lovely food, great service. You get a 15min complementary massage on your 1st day. This was lovely. You can then choose if you want to go back. But there is a cost involved. We spent every day on the beach. Was lovely sea was so clear and warm. Made for great lazy days. You can have your drinks bought to you on the beach or by the pool. Just download the menu off the QR codes by your sunbeds. Swimming pool area is lovely but can get bit crowded in peak times. Long horn restaurant during the day has a buffet which is lovely and caters for all food types. We ate here most days. The pool bar and beach bar both do great cocktails. All included in your package. Coffee bar does great selection of drinks and cakes open allday into the evening. Food available 24hr if required. Evening entertainment was great. Please bare in mind it gets very hot here. High 30° into the 40° mark. Most days during the summer. Dropping to mid to low 30° at night. All entertainment is outside unless you go to the night club opens at midnight till 7am. I will say we never went to this ha ha. Bedrooms are lovely we had the Double Seaview balcony room. Very spacious. Lovely bathroom. Nice balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Lovely to sit for a night cap. All drinks and food in mini bar are included. Customer service staff on hand all day and into the late evening always ready to help make your stay special. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. And this I feel is down to all the staff. They are Just amazing and honestly they really do fall over themselves to help you and make your stay amazing. I can't remember all there names as so many. If you do choose this hotel I can assure you, you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be back asap. Thank you

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and lovely stay

An absolutely brilliant stay! Thankyou to Camila and Turgut especially for fantastic service. We were made to feel welcome and treat with so much kindness. The animation crew also especially Alicia and Rambo never failed to keep us entertained. A credit to the team and we shall miss them all. Bar staff were very accommodating with drinks and provided us with plenty of laughs along the way. The children enjoyed the water slides and waffle bar. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is very clean and the food is fantastic, alot of choice for everyone. We had a very special cocktail made by Ismet. Thanks again for a lovely holiday we enjoyed as a family and we would visit again.
