This hotel is excellent.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in, the room facilities were top notch and replenished daily. The beds were super comfortable. The variety of food and different theme night was delicious. Service from staff was always friendly and pleasant especially from the bar tender Umit Bakir in the main lobby reception bar. It was always a my favourite place to sit and enjoy a drink. The waiter service from the staff in the restaurant was very attentive especially the young lady Fatma kılıç. The kids club was secure and had a variety of activities. The entertainment and different show’s was great for all ages. The spa was excellent as we book 5 course massage over our 10 day trip, the lady Sumi ni was excellent knowledge around her job it was a mix of stretching and massage. Which is the best massage I’ve ever had! Which I was able to relax and become pain free in my shoulder aches and sciatica relief. We have booked again for 14 days for April 2025, to use all these wonderful facilities again. I am hoping this time to have the Turkish bath and Sumi ni again for a massage course again.

The hotel, which cares about customer satisfaction, has a friend who deals with customer relations to respond to requests faster via WhatsApp and responds to your requests in a short time. Another point is that I, who suffers from back pain, did not have any problems with the bed. The problem with our room was that it was dark, the light was low, and when the colors of the room were dark, it was a bit depressing :) I would like to mention one more point, despite the crowd in the room and the toilets, we never felt any bad smell. In terms of food, I enjoyed most of everything I ate. It was all delicious. The restaurant on the beach was also clean and beautiful. However, the sea suddenly gets deep and there are large stones in the parts close to the sea, and the waves are not very suitable for children. We mostly spent time in the pool. We left this hotel with pleasure, where we stayed for the first time. We would like to thank everyone who took care of us from the first moment we entered the hotel to the last moment.

We wanted to choose one of the Kirman hotels for our honeymoon. Even though it was November, we experienced a July summer at the hotel. The food was very delicious. It was extremely important for me that the room cleaning was done in order and without being disturbed. The staff were very friendly, polite and extremely good at service.

A 5 star hotel worthy but unfortunately 2 stars. 4 restaurants of which no fewer than 3 were closed. Beautiful swimming pool which is not heated so not swimmable. Full of reviews stating that premium brand drinks would be served, but in reality the premium bottles were in plain sight in the bar under lock and key and were not allowed to be served. In short, really not 5 stars. Very unfortunate because the staff is super nice and the hotel is beautiful, but after 11 days in 1 restaurant with the same food and diluted drinks, you are done with it.

As someone who has vacationed at many hotels, I can confidently say that this hotel is perfect. Both the food and drinks, as well as the speed of service, were excellent. The location is fantastic—it’s a beachfront hotel. Waking up in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea from your balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were very disciplined, yet equally kind, understanding, and friendly. It was a vacation where I truly felt pampered. Thank you so much!
