something is obviously bad, something is good

we are staying at the hotel at the end of August - beginning of September. in general, the concept is positive, and there are pleasant moments, but there are also disadvantages that do not paint the hotel in a good light. 1. service. it is lame: sometimes you have to wait a long time for drinks - especially in the evening. you need to be reminded about cleaning the room. you need to be reminded about updating bathroom accessories. we went to a Mexican restaurant - we waited 1 hour for dessert. we left hungry to a regular restaurant at rush hour. where you can't find a table, they clear the tables slowly and don't add napkins 2. children's club from 4 years old, perhaps we didn't notice, perhaps it is not indicated anywhere. 3. in Leodikya they refused to pour us coffee, although it seems to be a concept of one hotel... very strange 4. room: the air conditioner is leaking, stains can fall on your things, the whole wall is in bubbles. the advantages are described earlier...

The hotel is clean food is good rooms cleaned every day fridge refilled every day. Now for the bad bits. The hotel is 2 hours from the airport. The pools are not very well cleaned sand in bottom of pool for our 14 day stay The food in main restuarant even though they say it is a mexican night, turkish night, and others tends to be the same every night. The restuarant reminds me of a very large works canteen. The staff rush to help anyone who tips after every meal. Asked for a coke got glass of water asked again got cup of coffee. On our stay the majority of guests came from germany and russia. Beds at pool were difficult to get if you left it any later than 9 am as there is the towel rush at 8 in the morning. Evening entertainment took place in 3 venues in this hotel and what with venues in the hotels either side it was very noisy up to about 12.30 every night. Back to good points Disabled access to all areas is good including sand chairs on the beach. The pool side cafe was good to eat in even if it was the same every day the jacket potatoes where really good. All bars served good drinks including a good range of cocktails. If you have difficulty walking get a taxi to the bazzar as it is up two steep hills. The turkish do not like the lira so take euro's or sterling. Would i stay here again if a couple no but if with children then yes.

I and my family arrived at this hotel a week ago, and it was an amazing experience! We had so much fun. The hotel is new, and everything is in great condition. The food court offers a wide variety of delectable dishes. Hotel staff is friendly and always offers help if you have any questions. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is seeking for fun, comfortable accommodation and lots of fu
