Kipriotis Maris Suites

Home from a fabulous 5 days and 4 nights. I travelled solo with my 5 and 7 year old. First trip abroad as a three and we had an amazing time. Safe hotel with staff who would do anything for you. We had a junior suite and all 3 slept in the two beds. Lots of room! Safety deposit box included and a fridge in the room. Food was great and everybody was happy. Unlimited ice cream and a pizza snack bar kept my little ones happy by day. Fridge is also full of salads and sandwiches so you can help yourself and take them with you if you go out for the day. Entertainment was good. This is a much quieter hotel than we have stayed at previously and I loved it. I would 100% visit again without hesitation. Shop reasonable onsite when compared to Kos town. Inflatables are passed onto guests and my little ones loved this. The main pool is deep and children cannot stand up however the kids pool was fab. Plenty of beds no matter what time of day you go to the pool. Other: The only thing I wish I had packed was beach shoes for myself. The beach (not much sand) was dangerous without. The entertainer called freddo is the reason I would come back again. He massively enhanced our holiday by hosting table tennis, water polo and even sitting down with you in the evening to play uno. I would highly recommend this Hotel if you have children who enjoy the entertainment and constant games. Thank you for everything freddo.

The best animation team I've ever met! Special thanks to the fantastic duo Fredo and Daria who can make the day more pleasant, conducting all activities with passion, can encourage even the most reluctant guests. Of course I can't forget the stars of the hotel with angel voice mamo! It was hard for me to leave this place and I can't wait to get back here🤗

I recently stayed at Kipriotis Maris Suites, and overall, it was a great holiday experience. The hotel has a lot to offer, especially in terms of hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their warmth and attentiveness really stood out and made us feel welcome. The hotel is located a bit far from the town center, which can be a downside if you're looking to explore the local area more easily. However, the town itself is beautiful, offering fantastic views and charming streets. It's definitely worth the visit, even if getting there requires a bit of effort. As for the hotel facilities, the food was somewhat limited in variety. While what was available was decent, I would have appreciated a broader selection of dishes, especially for a longer stay. Additionally, the beach near the hotel is quite rocky, which might not be ideal for everyone. If you're hoping for a soft sandy beach, you may be a little disappointed. One aspect that could be improved is the lack of pool activities. While the pool area is well-maintained, there weren’t many activities or entertainment options to keep guests engaged during the day. Despite these minor issues, I still had a wonderful time at Kipriotis Maris Suites. The friendly staff and the overall relaxed atmosphere made it a memorable holiday. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service, this hotel is a solid choice.

We have just returned from 10 nights here after not having a family holiday for 7 years with our 13 year old. This is the first time we have been away in the school summer holidays and I was dreading it thinking it would be so busy and some reviews I read had me a little bit worried but there was no need to worry. We arrived around 1am and were greeted by the most friendly and welcoming reception staff and a lovely gentleman who showed us to our room and continued to say hello every day to us! We were given drinks and sandwiches on arrival which was a nice touch. First impression of the room wasn’t great as the air con seemed warm but in the morning we spoke with reception and a few hours later the air con was ice cold. The rooms are nice, a little dated, but they are very comfortable and big with nice big balconies. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool, the pool was lovely and deep. I enjoyed the food, there was always something for everyone, sandwiches available in the fridge as well as ice cream and then snacks after lunch which were absolutely delicious especially the pizza! We ate out a few times to try the local food, there is a taverna and tiki bar near by which were both fantastic. Varvara in the bar was amazing, spoke with me everyday and made me lovely cocktails. I found all the staff so friendly, the lifeguard and a lady (I think could be a manger) helped me everyday putting up the umbrella around the pool. Kos town is 10 minutes away in a taxi, reception are happy to book and is only 10 euros each way. Lots to do and see in the town, and so many beautiful restaurants. The beach is just over the road with lots of sun beds and a bar serving soft drinks and sandwiches. The beach is pebble but isn’t a problem just wear flip flops or sea shoes. We watched the sunset a few times and there is a bar to purchase drinks and tables to sit at for the sunset and we also watched the sunrise both were stunning. There is plenty to do if you want an active holiday, horse riding jet skis quads bicycles etc or is perfect to just lay on a sun lounge and enjoy the peace. The entertainment team do work hard even though we didn’t take part in any activities but they do their best to get you involved without being annoying! I was very poorly while here but couldn’t have asked to be in a better place, the doctor in Kos town was very cheap and I was better the next day after seeing him! This was our first time in Kos and I would stay here again if we returned to Kos. It was far better than I expected.
