Kefalonia Grand

We booked this hotel via easyJet holidays and couldn't have been happier. I would definitely stay here again and hope to. The decor and finishes are beautiful - minimal beach chic. Everything is in great condition and very, very clean. Our deal included daily breakfast which was impressive. A great continental spread with fruit, deli, toasts, pastries, cereal, and the best greek yoghurt ever. But also included was a hot breakfast menu which had pancakes, omelettes, cheese and ham on toast. Gorgeous coffees and fresh juices. I was very impressed that it was all included and very grateful that breakfast was on until 10:30 am. We stayed in the smallest, cheapest room but were very pleased. Small but beautiful bathroom with really great quality shampoo, conditioner, soap. Bathrobes and slippers were a nice treat. We had a little balcony with table and chairs too. The bed was comfortable as well. One unexpected perk was that I think the hotel's outdoor restaurant and bar was one of the best in town. It was extremely hot when we visited but it is nice and open so you get a breeze with big fans and parasols and you get some air conditioning blowing out from the lobby. We tried so many other similar outdoor bars and cafes and even at night they felt sweltering. Lastly the staff were SO friendly, professional and helpful. Anytime you came to sit down in the lobby or outdoor area they brought you a glass of water without being asked. We asked the ladies at the front desk for many different recommendations and they always knew the best suggestions, booked us taxis and made us dinner reservations. The location was perfect - you are spoiled for choice of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Whilst it doesn't have a pool - if it did it would have been unaffordable and far from the centre of Argostoli. They recommended the Logos pool bar in nearby Lassi and it was great for a dip, cocktails and dinner. My only suggestions would be giving the rooms "do not disturb" hangers to avoid any surprises while you are napping during the midday sun.

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our 25th Silver Wedding Anniversary and had an amazing time. The hotel was immaculate, the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too trouble and everyone always went the extra mile, especially the reception staff Olga, Casandra and Oro. You guys are amazing! The hotel did not disappoint and Kefalonia is such a magical Island. Olga knows the island inside and out and recommended the best places to visit and we did visit those places and we had such a great time. Thank you Kefalonia Grand for the champagne gift and for making our 25th very special. A memory we will never forget!

The reception girls were very kind and friendly. Kassandra met us with a suggestion for our visits, which we decided to follow, and we had the greatest experience. The lack of parking area is not exactly a problem, but you might have to look for a space not too close (200 mts) to the hotel. The bedroom is excellent. Breakfast was perfect! Adriana and Martina were super kind 😍

What a wonderful hotel. GREAT location. Staff was very friendly and informative. Cassandra at the front desk was truly special. She treated us as family. The room was decorated splendidly with a huge shower and a very expansive outdoor terrace with amazing views. Really enjoyed the breakfast that was provided, so many choices. We highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Kefalonia.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the venue is in the perfect location opposite the harbour and very close to the square. So many places to eat within walking distance. The hotel was clean and staff were really friendly, especially Iro who worked at the front desk, so pleasant, friendly and welcoming, always had a smile on her face, an asset to the hotel. Breakfast offered a good selection. We had lunch at the hotel a couple of times which also had a good selection and was very tasty. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
