Missing refund of the deposit

Our stay was from 15.03.25 till 25.03.25. The management told us that we would receive our deposit back in 2 weeks. Its now 3 weeks past and no one contacted us. The refund is missing. I left a complaint and i received automatic email saying that my query is being looked into, but I haven't received an answer in more than a week. For a hotel of your standard this level of financial irresponsibility is unheard of!!!!

We visited last night and had a abra ride with praveen. This man is absolutely the font of knowledge and so proud of where he works! He’s been there since 2003! A perfect ambassador he was so kind to us and made our little ride memorable and full of information

It was our second time at the hotel. The restaurants in the hotel are really nice and there are many options. My 5 year old daughter loved playing at the kids club. Art& crafts and face painting are her favorite. All the stuff at the kids club are really nice, but specially I would like to mention Aige who was really friendly and helpful. You can tell that she is doing her job with all her heart and loves the children so much. I would like to thank the team and hope to see them next time.

Our 2nd stay at the Al Qasr. This is a hotel that has a comforting easy going approach whilst maintaining a high standard. The restaurants are excellent and all the staff are pleasant to deal with, including the valet guys out front and especially those in the Palace lounge. Special mention to all the girls, William and the accommodating Pablo - thanks Pablo. A problem with their holding deposit system was efficiently rectified by Duty Manager Mahmoud Shawaly upon checkout Overall a very pleasant stay and we are due to return in November
