Cannot recommend enough! The staff throughout the resort & ammenities are world class! Treated like royalty & nothing is too much trouble to accomodate. Absolute beachfront paradise! You need to visit! 5 stars! Ps there are 5 swimming pools!!

Stayed in the King Horizon Suite with Club Lounge Access – the room was very spacious and impeccably clean. The balcony stretched across the entire length of the room, offering stunning sea views from every corner. The bathroom was large, featuring a big bathtub with strong water pressure that filled up quickly and maintained the perfect temperature. The views from both the lobby and club lounge were breathtaking, showcasing a wide-angle seascape. The Club Lounge dining experience was excellent, with set menus for both afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The food was delicious, and the menu changed daily. Guests could request more, but the portions were already generous. Although the hotel was fully booked during my stay, it never felt crowded. The well-thought-out layout, with rooms spaced apart and surrounded by lush greenery, created a serene and refreshing atmosphere. There were multiple swimming pools, and the resort’s private beach was long and covered in soft sand (not rocky), making it perfect for a leisurely stroll. The sea was crystal clear. Both restaurants served delicious food, and during dinner on the beach, there was an impressive fire show, which was very well executed and captivating. The staff provided excellent service at every touchpoint, and buggies were available to transport guests around the property. Overall, this was a truly amazing and relaxing getaway—I didn’t even feel like leaving the hotel!

We stayed at this magical resort for 7 nights. The best resort we stayed. The staff is amazing- very high level of hospitality and service. The view is beautiful, the pools at the beach is perfect, the beach itself is magical. The breakfast is perfect, and the food at the restaurants is superb with decent pricing. Go to this resort.

From the start to the end it was a flawless experience! Not only the hotel was in a very good shape...everything was clean and not worn off or smelly. The hotel was exceeded by the staff however, which was ever so friendly... ALL of them! Here Marky from the Club Lounge must be especially be mentioned, as he quickly adapted to our habits and was always nice to chat with. As Ambassador we got a generous room upgrade and a late checkout. This hotel is well worth to be recommended.

My first stay at the InterContinental Hotel in Samui was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. Our beachfront room offered stunning views and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. We truly had a fantastic time and can't wait to return.
