Infinity Suites & Dana Villas

What an experience! Everything was perfect at the hotel and we want to stay indoors all the time. The view from the room and the pool was incredible!! It was so clean the room and has so many things to eat in the restaurant!

It was an amazing experience! We loved our room and the view. The people working there was so kind and helpful all the time! The food was delicious and had different options. We recommend it!

Very pretty views from the rooms and restaurant however overpriced for the service and room. pools were dirty with a think layer of dirt around the pool/s we had a infinity suite which had a heated indoor and outdoor pool. We stayed 5 nights and bed sheets were not changed in 5 days, the bathroom in our room had no ventilation so everything was wet with condensation from the indoor pool and you could not really leave anything in bathroom as it stinks with a misty moldy smell and roulette bags ended up being soaking wet. They have a fan working all the time in bathroom and a humidifier which didn't work in the bathroom. The indoor pool lights which are LED colors change all night long so we had to ask for them To turn them off as no switch to do so in the room. The outdoor pool isn't heated so we didn't even use it as it too cold. You can't drink the water in the rooms - they advised this to us at check in and they leave you with 2x tiny bottles of water only. Breakfast was average we only ate there 2 out if our 5 days as it was so bad. We ate at the restaurant at night on the floating pontoon the service for that night was great and the food was great too I would recommend that. I would recommend the property but I wouldn't waste money on top tier rooms as I don't think worth it. Friendlier service by reception would be nice The guys carrying the bags up and down stairs do a magical job and deserve a raise !

Really nice place to stay, the double deluxe rooms are very small and not deluxe in my opinion, there is nowhere to put two peoples clothes so I had to keep mine in the case, would get a larger room next time, the mattress was a bit stained, did complain about it when I left bet the manager tried to say it was caused by condensation, I say it was sweat stains and spillage, need a mattress topper which you would get in top hotels, the breakfast was very good, good choice but not buffet, if you have problems with climbing steps then look elsewhere for accomidation, I have been all over the world and stayed in some exellent places, this was ok, you pay for the location and view, the staff were exellent, I would stay there again but not for the price they charge, there are better value places to stay, I booked through a travel agent so possibly this is why I paid more, it was very tranquil and relaxing it is in a very nice location.

Dana is in a beautiful location, however for the price you pay you expect a 10/10 service in all areas - the breakfast included was terrible for eggs/avo on toast you received half a piece of toast, it was stale, watery poached eggs, the coffees were not drinkable - usually cold and it was instant coffee not even barista made. Our room had no privacy, our neighbours had to walk in front of our pool and room from their entrance, looking directly in. Our room sadly was right next to the staff room so we were kept up all night as it was loud until midnight with staff coming in and out, talking, slamming things around - making our stay not so relaxing. We also need to have 1 dress and 1 suit steamed by their laundry facilities on site and it cost 280€ !!! We felt price gouge and it’s disappointing to pay so much money for “premium” accomodation to have poor service.
