Fantastic location

Booked this holiday 4 weeks before departure. Been to Turkey many many times but never this area and never this late in the season (end September beginning of October) we had a fantastic time, and really enjoyed it. Room was nice very clean. Staff were all friendly and worked tirelessly to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Weather was still lovely and warm, pool was freezing though, but lovely and refreshing, the sea and beach was my favourite thing about this holiday, we spent every day on the raised decking, the veiws were amazing, sea was lovely and warm and crystal clear, and loads of fish to see Food was ok, have had better, and certainly worse, most days we found something ok to eat.Drinks were good, lots of choice Would we go back, absolutely 100%

Infinity Hotel by Yelken October break

Although it was late in the year, some service & food were quite poor! 6 of us took an end of year break but although Hotel was ok, fantastic location... the food let it down! We didn't have a really hot meal (apart from soup) for the whole of our 9 days....even breakfast was only tepid! People were queuing as soon as open and we found that it was probably because once a food has gone, it wasn't replaced with anymore! (was this because it was nearly end of season?) The Hotel looked bit tired and needed some attention and some of the staff seemed to be waiting for season to end in 2 weeks! Not all were unfriendly, as one waiter in restaurant looked after us well.... It was an Aquapark so a few children were there which we expected... As there was only one bar/lounge area for evening, seats were limited & children playing football/throwing things about didn't make for a comforting evening! The other comment I have is the fact that a woman was eating in restaurant at night and had a cat on her table and feeding it! We mentioned to staff that this was unhygienic and shouldn't happen but was met with shrug of shoulders.....I felt sorry for next unsuspecting family using that table...... Now this review sounds all negative but it's not at all.... In the height of the summer, it must be a lovely place especially families as location is second to none and the decking by the sea is beautiful.....the infinity pool is gorgeous but as many other Hotels, the towels were put out so early on sunbeds so none spare round pool after breakfast... There is a lovely beach close by and a few shops.... Kusadasi itself is a place we would love to visit again but probably not this hotel..... Definitely would not rate above a 3* plus due to lack of bars/lounges and although rooms were adequate, balconies weren't but bar by the pool and snack bar on the decking area served lunchtime basic snacks..... All in all a little disappointing but we did put most of negatives down to coming to end of season!

We were here 2 years ago in October and are back again now. I feel like the hotel has improved quite a bit in the last 2 years. The rooms are big and beds are comfortable. The pool area is busy but nice if you like that sort of thing. The pier area is lovely and more chilled out. Regarding the food... I really enjoy the freshly made omelletes every morning. The man and lady that make them are very good. We tend to go to the main restaurant for lunch which has lovely salad options. Dinner is fine, I always find a nice meat dish and lovely barley rice or something. We had the Turkish a la carte this week, it was good. We are booked in for the italian next week which we had last time we were here and it a delicious. We like to eat out every 2nd night just to get some variety, lots of brilliant places to eat on Ladies Beach and so cheap compared to home. Staff are friendly and work very hard. Drinks are good and lots of options. I would come back again as for what you pay it is worth it. The entertainment team are very freindly but not pushy and they will leave you alone if you aren't fancying joining in. The spa and indoor pool are brilliant. I do lengths every morning then a sauna. The gym is good too!

Couldn’t fault this hotel location is beautiful great entertainment with live music by the pool every night staff were so friendly the cleaning lady by the pool had a smile for everyone the entertainment team were amazing especially Jesse he went above and beyond for everyone and Murat was great also.,

Family holiday

Fist time here at infinity, overall appearance is good hotel clean and tidy. Check was quick and staff assisted with luggage and taken to the Room. We had two room due to being family of five. One room had separate single bed to double bed with bathroom and balcony. Sec room was double bed with bathroom and balcony good size. Maid come in everyday to clean and do beds. Only down side u have one sheet for for the two of u which is not ideal as it not big enough. Pool area was clean water cold when first get in but have been in lot colder pools. Be weary when using steps to pool few people have slipped and hurt themselves doing so. Most days u could get sunbeds but as usual there was the ones who was up crack of dawn to get the best ones even if never used most the day. But u could always get one. The sunbeds by the pier get the most sun during the day and there is plenty of them. Entertainment staff def make this hotel with their enthusiasm and good banter. Jesse. Beyonce. Murat are all fun and have a laugh with you through out the day and encourage you to join in with aqua gym. Water polo and darts. Evening entertainment is dance shows most night with odd bingo or raffle. Bar and drinks service is really quick and staff polite. They do do bacardi. Black label etc but u need to ask as they keep behind bar. Cocktails are ok and not pre made Food ok can say have not been impressed with food in restaurant mainly meat mixed with veg in sauce. Rice. Wedges. Chips. Bread. Soup. Salads typical all inclusive turkey. Snack bar burgers. Kebab. Waffles. Pier snack bar is pizzas. Fish and Chips and burger's A la carte turkish was prob the best food we had while here to was honest. U have to book early as poss fills up quickly. Would I come back prob not had already decided was going to be our last time in turkey We had bad start to the week with three out the five if us being ill With bad stomachs, and only food we had was at hotel. But cannot say if it was that but there was few people with D&V while we was here saying due to food but cannot confirm if the case. Kids went on the beach in flatable on the beach which was good and not too expensive. so your aware we got bitten like crazy by moskitos so take some stuff with you. Found was worse time for getting bitten if sat on balcony in room or by lounge bar outside. Other down side was drunk people being really loud, another reason i would not come back. Despite how drunk they were they still kept serving them alcohol Weather has been amazing the while time we been here.
