Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel

This hotel is fab. We were very happy to get upgraded to a sea view balcony. This personally made our holiday having these views. We also had breakfast included however, there was not one single thing we eat bar toast. Selection was extremely poor for us irish people. This hotel is best for location and i would say nicest hotel in kusadasi. Super clean also. However if you want to be asleep by 9pm this is not the hotel for u. Banging music right outside the hotel. U will not sleep until 3am at least. It is soooo loud!!! The views made up for the music being so loud. I would stay again but be mindful what you want. Sleep or views

Stayed here with my wife from 13th August to 24th. Will pin point the good points and bad points. Good points. — Location of this hotel is quite simply the best in the whole of Kusadasi with views of the marina and port, especially the huge cruise ships that come and go. — Rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfy. — Pool area very good and sun beds on top are superb and very comfy. — Rooftop bar cocktails and drinks and also the food they do in the day are of top quality and quite reasonably priced for a 4 star hotel. — All hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Bad Points. — We found the air conditioning not brilliant but after a while did cool the room down but took a long time so room was still hot and stuffy even after an hour, but we did come in August so was to be expected. — Windows aren’t sound-proofed and no black out curtains. To some people this might be no issue at all but for a 4 star hotel I can’t understand why there isn’t sound proofing as you can hear everything from outside. — Shower head wasn’t the best, didn’t come out properly but still was pleasant enough. Overall a lovely hotel, the good points outweigh the bad points. Would we stay here again? Absolutely 👍, thank you for a lovely stay!

The hotel is in a wonderful location, far enough from the worst chaos, but so near to reach the waterfront and the shopping area in a few minutes’ walk. The rooms are modern and functional, clean and big enough. The breakfast room is on the upper lever with a wonderful view over the town, the harbor and the cruises’ terminal.

Just arrived home after a fabulous 2 weeks at ilayada avent garde hotel, Perfect location on the marina and walking distance through my centrum , Staff very helpful and friendly, clean and beautiful breakfast, roof top pool was amazing, this will definitely be our hotel of choice on our future visits to Kusadasi Thank you

perfecto. nice location, clean room, clean swimming pool, good breakfast and food overall. very good service with good price. we stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the staying. there was not any issues. nice to work remotely and to enjoy the holiday.
