Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel

Located on the main road overlooking the seafront but not very noisy, a fellow traveller in a corner room got a lot of noise. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast and dinner were petty average which is good for Turkey, at least compared to our other hotels.

This is an excellent hotel with likely the best views of the ocean and harbor in the city. We are driving up the coast so the valet underground parking was super important. Give them your car on arrival and get it back on departure. Certainly no need while you are here because the hotel is in the center of everything. We had room 603, ocean view corner, and it was superb except that chairs started squeaking early at the breakfast restaurant immediately above. 503 would probably be the best in the hotel. Fantastic views and comfortable chairs in the room to sit and sip a glass while enjoying the view and the evening breeze. Large walk in shower in a modern bathroom. This moment enjoying the view from a chaise by the rooftop pool while ordering margaritas. We stayed 3 nights. What's not to like?

This was our 2nd stay at the Hotel having stayed in a suite before without doubt the deluxe sea view corner rooms are the best good view of the cruise ships coming in & out. People have said it’s noisy from a music club to be honest yes you can hear it but it’s not a problem along with the road noise. The rooms are cleaned daily & professionally our cleaner Gulcon Yurekli was excellent only comments are bathroom could do with a safety grab handle as floor is slippery when wet in the shower & separate hand shower attachment would be useful, just very small observations. Rooms have a good sized fridge & hair dryer & ironing board if requested along with a large comfy bed. Daily water supplied in the rooms & 2 bottles of coke when you first arrive. Breakfast is adequate although choice of hot food is not varied scrambled egg & more European choice would be a good addition. The pool is on the roof terrace opens at 10.00 am everyday along with towels pool small in size a snack bar also on this floor, with fair prices, compared to some bars outside. The reception staff are very helpful especially Baris who allocated the room we requested would recommend this hotel & will return next year by car as secure parking is also available.

Excellent hotel location, nice sea view, go for a sea view unit, staff very cooperative. Market is nearby or it’s at the location where you can get market, restaurants, taxis just few meters away. Take local tour from vendors outside the hotel, value of money. Highly Recommended.

This hotel is fab. We were very happy to get upgraded to a sea view balcony. This personally made our holiday having these views. We also had breakfast included however, there was not one single thing we eat bar toast. Selection was extremely poor for us irish people. This hotel is best for location and i would say nicest hotel in kusadasi. Super clean also. However if you want to be asleep by 9pm this is not the hotel for u. Banging music right outside the hotel. U will not sleep until 3am at least. It is soooo loud!!! The views made up for the music being so loud. I would stay again but be mindful what you want. Sleep or views
