Ideal Prime Beach Hotel

The hotel was amazing from the minuit we walked in . The entertainment team were all amazing and we enjoyed bingo every night ! Also jack on the balcony Bar was 100% the most memorable person we met whilst away . We will definilty be returning ! Thanks for making our family holiday amazing . Terri and Ant

Ants and cockroachs in room everyday and tiny room with double bed for me and my son when booked twin,couldnt move as this would have cost me £250 apparently,food was repeated everyday,people fight for sun beds at 7.45 am,ques were the longest I've ever seen whilst on holiday,most staff rude,worst hotel I've stayed at definitely not 5 star 3 at best

I spent a 2-week stay with my family at the Prime Beach hotel. The hotel's location is convenient, the beach is right by the sea. We are very pleased with our stay. Delicious, filling breakfasts and dinners in the form of a buffet, so the children ate what they wanted. Everything was at the highest level. The restaurant service was always smiling and professional. My compliments to Mr. SERHAT who always took care of us during the service. Animation for children with a nice team who did a great job. Everything was at the highest level. The room was spotlessly clean. The ladies who clean the rooms were nice, smiling and discreet. The rooms were always clean. The towels were changed to fresh ones. It was a successful stay despite the fact that sometimes you had to wait a long queue at the bar for drinks, but the bar crew made up for it with a smile. The bartender Apo served amazing drinks. I recommend this place with all my heart for families with children. We will definitely come back! Best regards!!!!

Hotel overall experience did not meet expectations for UK family of 3 . We stayed 10 nights so feel we had enough time to honestly leave an honest review. The Good : - Food is of decent quality and very tasty, however repetitive , whatever and whenever we had it , it was yummy, well done. - Staff are nice and friendly as you would expect. - Beach is just on your footsteps, which we enjoyed even thought not sandy but more bebbles kind of beach. The not so good: - the hotel resort is obviously overcrowded, finding sunbed , grabbing a coffee or even a drink is a chore due to queues . It seemed like 30% overcapacity for infrastructure available. Which is a problem that will put so many families off this hotel instantly. Which is a shame . - Entertainment is lacking, I can confidently say it's the worst comparative to other experiences we had over the years . Kids evening entertainment is equally poor/non existent. - rooms are quite dated, tight and have terrible insulation - you could hear full conversation from the room next door. Dalaman marmaris area extremely overpriced, airport is mad £50 for 2 KFC meals , water bottle £6! Prime beach Hotel is not terrible,a few good things , but not the best overall experience, Room for improvement , but would I go there again, the answer is NO .

I have just got back from 2 weeks at this hotel it is a nice looking hotel but don't be fooled as we have not enjoyed it unless we weren't in hotel the food was below average 😕 staff we're very rude and one even spat on the floor when we were eating our breakfast 🤢 spoke to a lot of people who had paid extra for rooms didn't receive it and one woman wanted ground floor due to her legs being bad paid extra and staff reply (LIFE ISN'T FARE 😡) horrible tbh they were only after tips off us as some actual made it so obvious our hotel room was left open by cleaners all day luckily nothing was taken. The lifeguards didn't do there job as 2 accents on slide broken bones kids throw and climb up they we're too busy chatting up under age kids my partner even pulled them about it as adults wore blue band kids wore gold and of course they know that working at this hotel never sunbeds unless u woke up early or you paid them 😒 of course seen people doing that .kids entertainment well it was on for 30 minutes and it was on late at night it's not a hotel for kids as my 8 year old I found he was bored the hotel next door was less stars but find that they had better entertainment I wouldn't waste money on this hotel never go back to turkey found the people who stayed there aswell were very stuck up and rude aswell
