Ideal Prime Beach Hotel

I can not recommend this hotel anymore! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! What a pleasure it was to stay at the prime beach hotel for the week. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout and the staff are so attentive polite and amazing!

I am a solo traveller and have just returned from a 2 week stay at the prime beach hotel. I would like to thank every single member of staff for making my holiday so memorable. And a special thank you to AK and the entertainment staff Rose and Laura who sat and had a coffee and a chat with me daily ,and went out there way to make sure my stay was a pleasant one. The staff at this hotel are friendly and work 24/7 to keep the facilities clean and tidy and the food was delicious. I recommend you try the jacket potatoes as they are so tasty. For anyone who likes going to the gym this hotel has a well equipped gym on site with everything you could need. The coffee shop serves the most lovely coffee and tea and if you like a beer or wine you can drink up until 2pm using your all inclusive. The pools are lovely and clean and there are hundreds of sun beds to choose from. Please note! It is frustrating reading the negative reviews which do not reflect this hotel in its true light. It is not helpful for travellers like myself who read reviews to find out what hotels are truly like. This hotel is absolutely lovely and I highly recommend all travellers to stay here. You will not be disappointed. I will 100% return again this year.

Prime beach hotel is a very nice hotel however it was not a relaxing holiday that I expected and experienced before. The music both day and night is too loud especially at night that it lasts up to midnight or sometimes after midnight. It is more of a party hotel. Our room is in a front sea view and pool view location, it is lovely and clean. Towels changed and rooms clean daily but during our 10 days stay our beddings was not changed at all that I thought should have been done every 3 days. Room supplies varied. The wall insulation is terrible, you can hear your neighbours shooting, talking, crying children, walking at the top floor, flushing toilet and banging the doors etc especially at night. Restaurant: nice and lots of selections however vegetables overcooked, plenty of desserts, good cuts and salads to choose from. The grill section is another choice if you tired of the selections in the restaurant. The coffee and patisserie area is nice but always busy. Staffs: Restaurant waiters are all lovely, despite of little English they are very helpful and very hard working. Our Waiter Yusuf has been very accommodating and attentive, he is a credit to the hotel as he works so hard, never just stand there, he always have something to do and help and serve customers. Entertainment staff mostly are nice except for one lady, which I found it rude when I ask her about yoga. I did not bother at the end. Spa staff Svede, she’s very good, despite don’t speak much English she’s very good at her work. The lady manager is also nice. The only thing, don’t be taken very easily or harass with another round of massage by a rep. Facilities: the outside pool is freezing thus inside pool was full. When we arrive I asked them to have it heated as it was cold too which is nice they done it. The night club and bar was spoiled by the disco noise making normal conversation impossible. It would be nice to have the bar separated. The pool bar is fine during the day. The private beach is lovely and nice to get away from The noise of loud music but not possible if the weather is not good that is when you need a quiet place to have a drink of wine both days and night.

I enjoyed my stay and holiday at Prime Beach, the hotel is a beatiful. The rooms, swimming pools, and all the restaurants and surroundings were clean 5 star- style. AK (customer relations assistant) was outstanding and was the first contact we made and he made our stay easy and comfortable. I had special dietary requirements and the following members of staff's assistance and explanations made things easy for us:- Hidayet Soquil Furkan The manager Burnc coordinated every thing and spoke to us and explained things very well. I will definitely come back and recommend friends and family.
