Staff was very friendly and helpfull and they were attend to your needs. Room very clean and looks like new and the bed was comfortable. also, we had a nice view from our room. Bathroom was also very clean and there were shampoo and soap you could use.

The staff are all very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was good, fruit was fresh. My daughter & I had a great time. The pool gets a great amount of sun. We also had lunch there the kids menu offers a steak bite and rice option which she loved !!! Avis car rental right downstairs was super convenient.

Good choice for a business traveller

The sleeping arrangements (room/ bed/ mattress/pillow etc were all supercomfy. (For me very important when traveling for business) Very friendly staff and the restaurant was also great. I love their burgers... The fact that it's on walking distance (5 min.) to the airport is one of the main advantages.

I would not recommend this hotel. The local is good if you have an early flight out however since you are at the airport taxi service is more expensive. Cost $25 each way to downtown which is a 5 minute ride. It was expensive. Rooms are large but warm and humid. Ac needs to be addressed. Also you could hear other rooms water running. It was so loud I thought someone left the water running in my rooms bathroom. They did have a pool. It was smaller. The patio furniture was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Typical Hyatt place breakfast. If you need a night stay to be close to the airport it’s ok but would not recommend staying here to visit and enjoy the island.

No sense of urgency

My overall stay was amazing!! Just found it a little weird that when I told front desk that my room ceiling was leaking the young man first told me he will be sending maintenance right away! They never came so I had to get ready with water on the floor, I eventually had to lay many towels. When checking out , I alerted him again that no one ever came . He then told me it's because I'm checking out today they will go to the room once I leave. The sense of urgency was not there. It would have been nice to know someone cared that I had a puddle of water inside my room whether I was checking out that day or not.
