I booked from December 30th to January 3rd. The Hotel ran out of water on the 31st and the 1st, and they did not provide cleaning service in the rooms, a service that was mentioned in the contract. After wasting a lot of time at the reception to talk to a person in charge, he never answered the calls, until the next day. I asked for a refund for the last 2 nights, which I did not spend in such establishment, a certain Rodrigo promised me a refund, which has not been done yet. This Mr. Rodrigo and also his colleague Daniel, who also promised the refund, no longer respond to my calls and messages. The pool was dirty, the restaurant abandoned, the wifi with bad signal, the terrace full of garbage. Given such a bad experience, I consulted other hotels in Holbox and you can really find something much better for the same price, or even for less!!
