In March, two couples and a 3-year-old child stayed at this hotel for a week. We arrived at 7 AM, and the hotel receptionist, who seemed very sleepy but polite, gave us a brief explanation of how to use the all-inclusive options. The information was so incomplete that it wasn’t until the third day of our stay that we discovered how many good options we had but didn’t know about. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff, especially two individuals whose names I don’t remember, behaved extremely rudely and offensively; it felt like they were counting every bite we took. For example, at breakfast, when an item would run out, it took more than half an hour to be replenished. The coffee machine was almost always broken. One time, after dinner, my spouse and I lit a cigarette in a corner near the restaurant seating area. There were no other guests around, and we didn’t see any no-smoking signs. Suddenly, one of the kitchen staff shouted at us not to smoke, as if he were scolding his 13-year-old child! The worst memory of this trip was the dining area and a waiter who rudely told us, “Place all your orders at once, so I don’t have to keep coming back!” Regarding the rooms and cleaning service, it was excellent at first, but the quality declined during the last two days. However, overall, the hotel was very large and beautiful, with a warm and friendly spa staff. If you want to stay at a hotel where the waitstaff aren’t rude, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all!
