Totally overpriced for nothing

How can they rent out rooms for this price? We’re not in the 70s anymore and things need to renovate and maintained. Renting out this kind of rooms and not providing any service for this height fare is not OK. Avoid this place! Even breakfast was not even basic.

The worst hotel in their portfolio

We decided to stay at this hotel in Nassau for one night so we could catch our flight out the next morning. I am a Diamond member with IHG and have stayed in many different hotels in their portfolio. This one is the WORST. They charged me over $300 for a "Suite" for one night. The suite consisted of a two-queen bedroom with a couch. The furniture in this suite was very dilapidated and in great disrepair. All the furniture, the floors, and the fixtures had paint smears everywhere. It looks like they just went in with buckets of paint and repainted without even covering anything. The room was generally dirty with dust and grime. The bathroom was extremely small—so small that the door would hit the toilet. We went out to get something to eat, and on our way back into the hotel, we were accosted by a person in the property's courtyard trying to sell us drugs. We had my six-year-old daughter with us. The noise from the street is also very loud, and while I know this is not the property issue, I want others to be aware that it is a problem.

I love this hotel holiday Inn. First I feel am so safe hand,because of front desk agent. They are so friendly and so so helpful. Jasimar and shaniqua Hanna this two are like my family they make me feel. My dad was sick and I was so in stress, and same time I want my other family to enjoy. I go front desk and I had 50 question they aways help me and they have so much patients. They help me above and beyond. I really gonna miss this two beautiful ladies. I want to add holiday inn driver who took me grocery store because my dad got little better and he want to eat fruit. I want to add room service agent they were so friendly and so nice. There is another driver who is police and do driver work she is so kind and treating as we family. I feel I have family leaving and going back home. Miss you jasimar and shaniqua. Overall everyone was so good. I recommended this hotel 200%. Thank you Pareena

Very good value for money

Not a luxury- but also not extremely expensive. Car park is tiny. Breakfast was OK- I particularly liked yogurt shots. My only complaint would be the noise- but it was coming from the shacks on the beach. Yes, the beach is just across the street. There is a very nice restaurant almost next door, Ichiban. Nassau is not big, so one can walk to a lot of places, I felt rather safe. Ladies at reception very friendly. If I am lucky enough to one day return to Bahamas, I will definitely stay there again.
